Words can't express what Jaime the owner of Dunamis Pro did for me.
I needed to move into my new apt and wanted to have the rugs cleaned.
Friday 6pm after calling numerous places and them saying it's very late, they don't work Fridays, or Saturday's
I called him and he came out to my apt got my rugs EXTREMELY clean.
Everything was OUTSTANDING. He went above & beyond and the price was better then what the other companies had quoted me for a 2/2 apt.

My family and I hired Dunamis Pro for the first time on September 13, 2024, to clean and restore a leather sofa and love seat that, at first glance, appeared beyond saving. I want to share my 5-star experience with Jaime, a technician from Dunamis, who recently did a PHENOMENAL JOB restoring a leather sofa and love seat that had been sitting in our garage for about two years. These pieces were covered in mildew and mold, and to most, they might have looked like items destined for the trash. However, knowing the great quality of the furniture and believing in the power of restoration, I prayed for direction in finding the right company.

After some searching, I came across two companies that came out to assess the condition of the furniture. Both gave their evaluations, but after careful consideration, I chose to go with Jaime from Dunamis. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made.

From the moment Jaime arrived, he was professional, courteous, and, most importantly, compassionate. I explained how much the furniture meant to me because it had great sentimental value. These pieces were a part of my parents' home after they retired and upgraded their furniture in their later years. After my siblings and I moved out, they went all out on this furniture, and when they passed away, I chose to keep these four pieces as a cherished reminder of their love and hard work.

I was feeling overwhelmed and, at one point, considered letting go of the furniture. But after speaking with Jaime, his confidence and understanding reassured me. He truly understood the assignment to the fullest! When I saw the results of his work, I was brought to tears. The full restoration of both the sofa and love seat left them looking AMAZING. He did it! Jaime saved these treasured items with his skillful hands and dedication.

It’s so easy to complain when things go wrong, but today I want to sing the praises of Dunamis and Jaime for this outstanding service. They did a wonderful job cleaning my couch, it is so fresh. They restored it to almost new condition!!! See the before and after photos!!! Dried in a hour.

Wow Like new. They did carpets and a couple of upholstered chairs. One of the arms on the chair was so dirty my wife thought to throw it out. They cleaned and ALL the stains came out.
