DO NOT USE COASTAL PLUMBING!

We had a confirmed appointment for Tuesday at 9:00 AM. When we called at 8:00 AM to confirm, we were told they had made a mistake and scheduled it for Wednesday at 9:00 AM instead.

On Wednesday, the plumber showed up an hour late at 10:00 AM, claiming he had to park 30 minutes away. However, when I called the security gate, they assured me that there were plenty of available parking spots for contractors—so that was clearly not true.

Because he parked so far away, he had to walk back and forth to his truck multiple times, wasting a huge amount of time. He told me that Jacklyn (from their office) was supposed to ask me for a video of the issue beforehand, so they could bring the right tools and avoid this, but she never did.

When I called the next morning to voice my concerns, Jacklyn was extremely rude, constantly interrupted me, and claimed that all phone conversations were recorded and that she had listened back to them. This is illegal, as customers must be informed they are being recorded. Later, we found out Jacklyn had lied to us because Emilee, the office manager, admitted that they no longer record phone calls.

On top of all this, we were significantly overcharged due to the wasted time from unnecessary back-and-forth trips.

To be fair, the plumber did an excellent job, but we will NEVER use this company again because of the dishonest and disrespectful customer service provided by Jacklyn.

So do yourself a favour, save your time, money, and sanity—NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
