Used Dichristopher a few months ago in my home for refrigerator repair. Was quite satisfied so when the refrigerator at my rental property was in need of preventive maintenance I thought of Dichristopher right away. When I called, the lady who answered the phone could not/would not give me an appointment eventhough I was giving her a week notice. She stated they can't make appointments that far out because she doesn't know where the truck will be. I told her I needed to give my tenants proper notice of service and felt a week was proper. She then asked for the tenants phone number but I was not comfortable giving that information and told her she could confirm with me and I would notify the tenant. She proceeded on to say that if she had a crystal ball she would win the lottery, she doesn't know where the truck will be that day and she doesn't have schedule made up that far in advance and if she did have a crystal ball she wouldn't have to talk to people like me and told me to find someone else and then she hung up on me. I do not feel I was rude to her, only asking for an appointment. I will NOT be calling Dichristopher Appliance Services in the future.

Anthony came to repair our dishwasher. He was prompt, thorough, and very informative. He also advised what to do to help maintain our appliances and looked at our dryer to make a recommendation for a vent cleaning service. Overall I am very pleased with the professionalism and reliability of this company. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair.
