Anthony came to repair our dishwasher. He was prompt, thorough, and very informative. He also advised what to do to help maintain our appliances and looked at our dryer to make a recommendation for a vent cleaning service. Overall I am very pleased with the professionalism and reliability of this company. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair.

I discovered water leaking into the drum
Of our washer and asked a neighbor for a referral. I called DiChristopher and they were there 2 hrs later and repaired the leaking valve. Very professional!

We've used di Christopher appliance repair a few times. They are reliable, knowledgeable, honest, fair. Sadly, these qualities are hard to find these days in most servicecompanies... Don was wonderful. He was professional kind and diagnosed our issue quickly.

Anthony came out and was able to diagnose & repair my Maytag washing machine within 1 hour!! Showed up on time, professional demeanor, and didn’t waste any time. Turns out the lock was broken. He already had a “new factory” replacement part in the truck. For labor, parts & taxes- $250 and my washing machine is like new again… lucky for my spouse because I was about to buy a whole new washer/dryer set for $2,000… haha. Would definitely recommend this company!

After some careful research, I found Dichristopher Appliance Service was one of the highest rated companies for overall service with the least amount of complaints (most of which didn’t even seem valid) in the Tampa area. I called Dichristopher Appliance Service to schedule an appointment for them to look at my dishwasher that was not operating properly. I called on a Saturday morning and was advised that the earliest appointment available was on Wednesday. As a family of four with two very small children, four or five days without a dishwasher is an eternity. When the gentleman sensed my disappointment he gave me a few gems of wisdom and explained a couple reasons why I may be having issues and provided some product recommendations. By Sunday we had fixed our dishwasher on our own without spending more than $10. I more than appreciate the kindness and free help provided by Dichristopher Appliance Service. It’s often difficult to find honest, reliable companies without a recommendation. We will definitely use Dichristopher Appliance Service in the future and will recommend them to others. Thank you!

Anthony came out to look at leaking dishwasher. He was able to repair very quickly and also had time to look at and fix my washing machine hoses quickly as well! Would definitely use again!

We’ve used A. DiChristopher Appliance service twice now and really appreciate their work! Don looked at our fridge and told us what he could do and what needed additional attention. Anthony gave a clear, honest assessment of our washer & dryer situation and completed a quick repair, even providing guidance on what to expect from the repair and what appliances he recommends for when we are ready for replacements. I have been using DiChristopher Appliance service to work on all my appliances for over 17 years -- I realized only this morning that I'm now working with the Next Generation of this family-owned business. They have done a fantastic job through all kinds of repairs -- replacing a garbage disposal when a spoon errantly went in instead of vegetable scraps, fixing my dishwasher when it sort of blew up one day, cleaning and repairing my refrigerator, and today -- figuring out what the problem is with the clothes dryer.
Every time -- it's professional, courteous service -- an honest evaluation of the problem -- suggestions of solutions with reasonable prices quoted immediately -- work done quickly and well -- really, I wish every service provider was this great an experience. I never feel, as I do with many OTHER service providers, that they are just trying to up-sell me. You cannot do better than DiChristopher.

Got a next day appointment, and he called me just before coming over and was right on time. Was able to repair my 30 year old refrig in about 20 minutes. Total charge $158. Excellent! 100% recommend.

Let me begin by saying no one from this business asked me to leave them a review. I got their name from a Seminole Heights FB group and after doing some research and reading reviews, I gave them a call my icemaker had died, and I put ice in almost everything - they were going to schedule me for tomorrow, but because I had to be out of town in the afternoon they called me back and fit me in today. They carry genuine. Brand new parts from the manufacturer at a reasonable price. They warranty their work, know what they’re doing, and my icemaker started making ice within the hour. Professional, friendly and courteous service from the phone call through to the repair.

A Family Business that does what they say. I rarely come across such businesses anymore, now that corporate America is gobbling up stores and businesses. I was pleasantly surprised to find A DiChristopher Appliance Service.

Everyone was on the top of their game....from the Mom who answered my initial call, to Don, the Dad who patiently understood my dishwasher issue, to Anthony, the son who showed up to do the repairs.

Actually Anthony was so sweet that we could have adopted him but ended up sending him home with some home made chicken curry.

A great service company for appliances..I called for an icemaker problem and they were out the same day. Great communication between off ice and service tech, I didn’t even need to be there. Highly recommend

Don has been repairing my appliances, primarily refrigerators for several years. He has kept my old appliances running well beyond their life expectancy. I had to buy a new washer recently and it is garbage compared to my 16 year old Maytag washer. So I prefer to have my old appliances repaired, they will last a lot longer than new ones. When parts are no longer available for old appliances DON is frequently able to retrofit a part to keep them functioning properly.
