All reviews for Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

If all companies could be as conscientious and diligent as Miracle Method it would be a wonderful thing. We hired them to repair a couple of small cracks in the floor of our shower stall. It turned out to not be an easy straightforward fix but they stuck with it and got the job done. Even though they had to make several trips out to solve the problem they never complained and were always courteous and friendly. Mike and Brian answered all of our questions and were great to work with. Would definitely hire them again for updates and repairs.

They were quick to respond and come out to do the work. I'm very happy with their work and communication. Decent price, quick work and good outcome.

They responded to my inquiry quickly and gave me a quote the same day. The technician was very professional and did an outstanding job. My 62 year old cast iron tub looks so good the tile looks dingy now. I will be calling them to refinish the tile soon!

Jerry was awesome! Install went great and he finished our showers and tub with great attention to detail. Strongly recommend this company and will use again with future projects.

We used Miracle Method to resurface our 17 year old counter tops. They were structurally in great condition, just worn out. We wanted to refresh them and change the look. We went from white to black with speckles. We also didn't want to break the bank to refresh our kitchen.
From start to finish we have been nothing but satisfied. We met with Dena for a consultation and quote and decided to proceed. Our technician was prompt, professional and walked us through the process as he worked. His was meticulous. The company is professional and locally owned so we were happy to support a local business. The countertops came out fabulous, better than we ever hoped. Highly recommend!!

Sasha did a great job deglazing a very old, rusted bathtub. She was punctual, professional and friendly. Very happy with the results and really appreciate what a great job Sasha did. Only regret I have is that I didn’t take a before picture. The results were unbelievable!!

Miracle Method's refinishing process is excellent in every way. I recently bought my first home and wanted an efficient and cost effective way to update my bathroom tub and tile without the expensive cost of replacement. Our tub was moldy and our tile was very pink, but Miracle Method was able to refinish both and created the bright, white bathroom I was hoping for. It looks like new! Thanks Miracle Method!!

Our experience with Miracle Method Tampa was one of the most positive contractor experiences I have ever had. True professionalism from the estimator and installer . They explained every step and answered every question. Carlos did a great job on the install it looks even better than we could have imagined. We definitely would recommend Miracle Method Tampa for any one interested in updating their countertops for a fraction of the cost of replacing. Thanks guys!!

Our kitchen counters look great! Dina was professional, answered all our questions and was easy to work with. The technician, Carlos, was AMAZING! Polite, hardworking, pleasant, did a wonderful job timely and thoroughly cleaned up when he was done. We’ve already scheduled our next project with them - highly recommend.

Miracle Method resurfaced my shower pan. I truly thought it was completely hopeless, but with the difficulty of redoing my old plumbing it was worth a shot. For about the same price as a new shower pan they made mine look just like new and it spared me a huge plumbing bill!

Also, the tech came several times because it is a process. He was very prompt, tidy and respectful. I was very nervous to try this and it turned out fantastic!

I’m not seeing how to post photos but you would be amazed!

About a week ago our back bathroom was completed by updating the shower and vanity top with beautiful results using a grey color. From the start this family business was professional. Bryan and Leclerc always arrived on time with Mike, the owner, checking in to either help or supervise. It showed in the end result what a nice job they did in coordination with each other. I highly recommend this company for updating an old bathroom plus it saves to not have to replace everything as our home was built in 1979. We are now awaiting being able to do the kitchen countertop next!

I highly recommend Miracle Method Refinishing Tampa East. We had two 1980's style bathrooms that are now updated for a fraction of the cost of replacement. We now have clean, sharp, bright and shiny shower/tubs and sink. Their level of professionalism is top quality all while being very down to earth. This is what you hope for when hiring people to work in your home. They listen to you and want to make it right. Brian worked in our home and couldn't have been more pleasant. He took pride in his work and the outcome was excellent.

I am very happy with the results of my resurfaced tub, shower enclosure, and vanity counter top! Carlos did an excellent job repairing part of the tub and making everything look pretty and new. He also got the job done within a 2 day period and the 2nd day was only for about 2 1/2 hours. Also, every time I called the office Dina was the one to answer and was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely use Miracle Method of Tampa again!

Everyone has been very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The work has been inspected and all corrections & flaws were corrected with a prompt response. I am happy I chose to have my bathroom refinished with Miracle Method.

Miracle Method recently refinished our bathtub and it looks incredible! They made the tub and tile look brand new and saved us thousands of dollars compared to the cost of replacing. They were professional, detail oriented, efficient and affordable. We will definitely be using them again for further home projects.

Wow...is the way to start. We are extremely satisfied with the makeover to our kitchen and bathroom. Dena Shoemaker (sales rep) made us feel comfortable with the product and qouted us accurately. When we called for a free quote she was flexible and came the next day when we were both available. The person who blew our socks off was the technician Carlos Salazar. He was so professional and nice I felt comfortable leaving him in our home. Even my two dogs loved him. He did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company and would do business with them again. Who a company hires speaks volumes about the company, their product, and how they value their brand.

We had a great experience with Miracle Method! Deena, Amy, and Merlo were wonderful to work with-from estimate to refinished tub and tile everything went smoothly. We loved the bathroom so much we are having them back for another job soon. Highly recommend Miracle Method for anyone wanting to beautify and update tub and tile work without spending a fortune.

I just had my master bedroom shower and guest room bath tub stripped and resurfaced today and Carlos did an excellent job. He explained the process to me before he started, during and after and provided instructions on how to care for and clean them once everything is cured.

I knew I had chosen the right company when Carlos showed me and explained that the products used on the tub previously was a cheap waterproof paint that was already lifting away from the tub surround before he started.

I highly recommend this company, the staff is very responsive. Dena scheduled an appointment with me the same day I called and came out to inspect the area to provide an estimate, and because I wanted it done as soon as possible scheduled my appointment that same day.

Dena and Carlos, thank you so much. I will definitely be contacting your company again when I am ready to have the tub surround completed.

Wonderful! I had tenants apply no slip strips on my tub, leaving it stained and damaged. Miracle Method was able to deep clean my tub and remove all the residue and stains. Very responsive and reasonable. Thank you Miracle Method!

The work that I had done was resurfacing shower tile and resurfacing counter tops.
The technician that worked on the master bath counter and shower tile did an outstanding job. His workmanship is excellent, and you could see he took pride in his work. I had a different technician to resurface the kitchen counters and the guest bathroom counters. I was not happy with the outcome of this job, and I had many issues that needed addressing. But I have to say this company stood by customer satisfaction to do a professional job and corrected my issues. Also the people working there are super nice and very pleasant to do business with. I would call them again for any future work I wanted done.

My bathroom was not outdated but after years of looking at the same countertop it was starting to get to me. I didn't have the budget for all new countertop. Thanks to Miracle Method for helping me love my bathroom again. I can honestly say they take pride in their work. The actual work was less than five hours. The time spent making sure my floors and existing cabinets were protected when they begin the refinishing of the countertop was much appreciated. I cannot be more satisfied and happy with the results. Thank you Miracle Method, I will definitely reach out for future services.
