Why didn't I receive a military discount on my job? Also, since the sinks could not be painted due to the hole in each sink. The price of the resurfacing of the bathroom countertops should have reduced by more than just $25.00. I believe a fair price should have been $375.00 instead of $425.00.

If all companies could be as conscientious and diligent as Miracle Method it would be a wonderful thing. We hired them to repair a couple of small cracks in the floor of our shower stall. It turned out to not be an easy straightforward fix but they stuck with it and got the job done. Even though they had to make several trips out to solve the problem they never complained and were always courteous and friendly. Mike and Brian answered all of our questions and were great to work with. Would definitely hire them again for updates and repairs.

I had my tub refinish about a year ago and the paint started peeling well under the five year warranty. About three weeks ago I sent in an email with pictures and tried scheduling several times. Finally got scheduled and then they did not show up for being the they are very unresponsive. They don’t answer the phone or call back voicemails. It does not make sense for me to send them pictures and have them come out and look at the exact same thing. I already sent them and how slow they are ready weeks again before I could even get the job repaired.
