CMK remodeled our master bathroom. We received 3 estimates from different companies and we couldn't be happier that we chose CMK. They did an amazing job! They made suggestions on how to approach our project to get the most for our money, remain within our budget, while getting an amazing outcome. They suggested things we hadn't even thought of. There was never any pressure. If we said no to something, no one ever pushed back.

Everyone who showed up to our home from start to finish was respectful. So much so that we were able to work from home without noise or other issues getting in the way. Our project manager kept us informed of who was coming and when. We went on vacation about 3/4 of the way through and they were accommodating with our request to take a 2 week break from work. They showed back up quickly and finished up after we returned.

When our kids bathroom started leaking water into the two adjacent rooms, we new we couldn't put off a bathroom remodel any longer. We met with 2 companies and got quotes, while one was less money , it seemed very sales pitchy and something just didn't seem up to par. The CMK rep was respectful of our time , to the point , and didn't candy coat anything.
Before making a decision, I read quite a few reviews on google , and read alot of positive ones , which really helped with the decision. ( we previously has a very bad experience with another contracting company , and I was not about to repeat that 7 month nightmare).
The design meeting with Aimee was my favorite part ! The show room had so many options , and I really felt like I was on an HGTV show . Aimee guided me thru each design decision, and we were her only customer to focus on during our prescheduled design meeting.
Jose was my project manager, and I was very happy with the service he provided . He was very professional and attentive to my concerns/ needs . He answered my calls and text , same day. Jose worked with any issue I had come up.
The whole experience was positive , professional and timely !

CMK did a great job with our remodel! We are very happy with the results. David Diaz my project manager was great! He was always very responsive when I called or texted him and took care of all my concerns. The workers that were sent to my home were very nice and respected my home. They always asked before doing and cleaned up when they left. A few of the workers that I want to mention who did excellent work was Chris Ley, Ricky Bruno, Danny Swope. These workers took extra care in their work and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. We are very happy with the final results!!

CMK did a fantastic job on my Kitchen remodel. Specifically Nick, our Project Manager was courteous and highly professional. Nick explained the process and promptly resolved all that we needed to satisfy our needs and to achieve the results we were looking for. CMK's work crews were very caring and highly attentive to our needs Specifically Alfredo's crew and Angel CMK's electrician. Thank you CMK for a tremendous job!

We did a total bathroom remodel from CMK. Davis was our project manager he did a great job the whole way through he was there anytime we had a question. Everyone from CMK did an excellent job on our remodel. Thx Rick & Dawn

CMK just finished replacing the shower areas in both my master and guest baths. The master bath shower stall was converted to a walk-in, with a half wall and added grab bars. The guest bath tub/ shower replacement includes added grab bars and a hurricane window. The new tile is gorgeous. My Design Consultant, Aimee, was fun to work with. She had a lot of helpful suggestions on features, functions, and finishes. My Project Manager, Carlos, was great to work with. He kept in constant communication with me regarding the scheduling and status of the work. He cheerfully answered my many questions about the renovations. He went above and beyond to address any concerns that I had, made sure my bathroom renovations were completed satisfactory, and that I am happy with the results.

CMK Construction is a very reliable company. They did a bathroom remodel in my home. Alex was my project manager and he was great! He always returned my calls and texts right away. He payed attention to details and always answered my questions. I’m very happy with my new bathroom!

Under Tom's supervision, all of the CMK teams (sales, design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, shower-installation, painting, and cleaning) were friendly, professional, and respectful of my schedule. CMK has done a good job of remodeling our master bathroom. We are pleased with how nice it is turning out. Davis has been very responsive to our questions and has been able to communicate with the workers in their own language which we didn’t speak but were skilled craftsmen.

CMK Construction has been great, from contracting with Nick, to the amazing in-house design services provided by interior designer, Soraly, to the wonderful project managment by Davis. Davis' job was not easy, as my home had been impacted by Helene, and almost every room in my three bedroom home needed some restoration. But Davis he was not daunted by the work and he did a great job responding immediately to my many requests and always keeping me updated during the project, and the interior turned out beautifully.
If you are thinking about a kitchen or bathroom remodel, then I highly recommend contacting CMK to discuss.

The pictures speak for themselves! But if you’d like to know more, CMK was fantastic throughout the process. We designed the main area/kitchen and our master bathroom together, demolition was completed quickly, and work commenced. The contractors are also incredible, which includes both their speciality subs for items such as glass, countertops, and electrical, as well as their in-house personnel including plumbing, tiling, and woodworking. Even the employees who collected the disposed items/trash (which happened frequently but also any time I requested it) were incredibly thorough and respectful. If there was any question or concern, CMK responded immediately. I am so happy with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone. Shoutout to Keisy and Joe for being the A+++ team!

I hired CMK to do the remodeling of the only bathroom I have in my home. It was a complete nightmare. My bathroom now is 22 months old. I have never left any kind of review. After the small bathroom project was completed that took forever, I never received a phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the remodel. The drywall repairs are terrible and the new door was installed incorrectly with peeling paint and the bottom of the door still has paper with staples. I paid a lot of money for this remodel. Every time I see the CMK construction commercial on TV I thought well I need to at least leave a review.

We just received our final inspection today and everything passed so I am very pleased with the end result. We had a 90's bathroom with a tiny shower stall and a garden tub which was okay but my husband HATED the small shower. Since I am getting up in age, we decided to change up the bathroom with a zero entry shower in case one of us needs it in the next 20 years. Once my PM, Davis got started, it has been pretty much smooth sailing and finished on time. We had a couple of issues with plumbing, and some missing parts but Davis was able & available , even on the weekend, to get the issues sorted out with minimal impact. Having flipped homes in the past, I know that being the PM requires keeping a lot of people in the loop and Davis was excellent about making sure that I knew who was to show up and when to expect them and tried to keep people out of the house before 8 AM. When people did not show at yhe expected time with leeway, Davis was on top of it and rescheduled or had another person come back to fix the issues. All in all, I am very satisfied with Davis as he performed a superb job and am very happy that he stepped up to pick up the job as our PM.

Our main bathroom needed a SERIOUS makeover. It was original to the house when it was built in the 80’s and not only was it ugly, but it was also falling apart due to water damage. CMK completely transformed the space and made everything a breeze to get through. Once demo started, everything went quickly. Anibal, our project manager, was a total pleasure to work with. He was always available when we needed him and he handled all the gritty details so we didn’t have to. I always felt confident bringing an issue to his attention. I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

Edit: Be sure to have them include finish work in the contract. My problem with this company is that they didn't even offer me that option & I didn't notice till later that the ceiling above the shower became discolored from the work & needed painting which I had to do myself.

To start I will say that the subcontractor Javier told me he did research on CMK & asked the building inspectors about them also & found out that CMK is one of the top 3 best companies in this field. I also asked the building inspector & got the same answer. I would use them again & would ask for our Project Specialist Shannon again. They would have received 5 stars but was unimpressed with Project Manager Mike Kaczmarczyk. Maybe I'm wrong but I thought his job is to monitor the job & make sure it is going smoothly. Except for after the job was finished & he finally started replying to texts and showing up cause there were issues, I saw him the 1st day when the job commenced & that afternoon when he collected the 2nd payment installment. Our Project Specialist Shannon was AWESOME. Her suggestions for our shower walls and floors complemented our existing vanity countertop perfectly. When I texted her a question she got right back to me & never made me feel like I was bothering her. Of course she wasn't perfect, she did make one mistake. We really wanted Brushed Chrome fixtures but the showerhead we picked out didn't come in that so we settled for Brushed Nickel. After job commenced I noticed that the fixtures were chrome. Contacted her & she said that was what she had on her sheet but luckily I had a text from her confirming Brushed Nickel. Not only did she readily admit that she had made a mistake, but she made absolutely certain that it was fixed. That is extrememly rare these days. I also kept on top of it and with the job almost finished Mike shows up and tells me that the showerhead in brushed nickel had just been discontinued. I went ballistic, especially when instead of just admitting that he had dropped the ball, he threw Shannon under the bus and blamed her for the mistake. He said that instead of texting his boss, Nathan, she should have texted him directly cause Nathan was way too busy. Shannon told him to find us one in brushed nickel with rectangle head no matter what. She told him that if it had to be in a more expensive model to get it and she would pay the difference. It didn't come to that but that is how much she cares about her customers. The subcontractor Javier was AWESOME as long as he was on the job which he was every day but the last which is when issues happened. He was at another job the last day but showed up for a few minutes. Project was finished & workers were leaving and I had to run out & ask when we could use the shower. No Project Manager or Supervisor there to give us instructions or be sure everything correct or tell us when we could use the shower. So, toilet was not secure & was rocking, there was a small area where grout was missing & a hole in linen closet with metal sticking through. Mike had Javier come back & fix. Everything fine except for the fact that they set their staging area in our breezeway that had just been painted & didn't make sure was clean when they were finished. I should have said something when I saw them working there but it just didn't register. Mike did come back to pressure wash & when that didn't work instead of just touching up the walls & floor, he painted the entire floor, which is one plus in his corner. Overall, after all the issues have been fixed we LOVE our new bathroom. As I said in the beginning, we would definitely use CMK Construction again & we would specifically ask for Shannon again. Sure you can tell but first 4 photos are the ones with issues.

Michael Espinel and the entire CMK Construction team did an outstanding job on our Master Bath remodel. CMK was responsive in meeting the outlined job, with Adam doing an outstanding job on the high craftmanship at installation. We are so pleased with their process and work, and will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

CMK did a great job on my condo remodeling. they did my kitchen,2 bathrooms and paint throughout. Carlos Gonzalez was my project manager, keep me informed of everything going on with the project. He was always a phone call away. I am grateful I choose CMK for my renovation I would definitely use them again. Thanks Carlos!!!!

My husband and I had our Owner's Suite bathroom remodeled over the past 5 weeks and are thrilled with CMK and the work performed under the direction of CMK's Project Manager Barry. Barry was very honest and frank with us about how long our project could take. He estimated 6-8 weeks but our project was completed in just under 6 weeks! Therefore, Barry under promised and over delivered! He and his hard working crew showed up on the days he said they would. Barry was meticulous in his inspection of their work and was very accurate in implementing any change orders. He made sure to tell us when to expect their electrician, plumber, cabinet installers, tile layers and they always showed up on time and were very courteous. They laid construction paper down on the floors to prevent any damage and cleaned up after each job was completed. It all started with Aimee, CMK's Interior Designer, who made us feel right at home while she showed us the options in our particular budget, in their bright and amazing showroom! Aimee even offered us snacks during the selection & design process -- two of which happened to be my favorite! I must say, three other companies came to our home to provide quotes but we were impressed with how thorough and detailed CMK's Sales Person Chris was. He used no high pressure sales tactics and we signed up with him on the spot. We knew CMK was the right remodeling contractor for us and we are so happy & pleased with the final results!

Our kitchen and floors were quoted a lot lower ($40,000) when first quoted. We added one room of tile ( we purchased) and cabinets in pantry.
In the beginning we felt like the employees did not respect the fact that we were staying in the house during the renovation (we could not afford to stay somewhere else for 2 months). Every item was delivered into our garage on day one.
Garbage was left in our house for couple of weeks before picked up. We were told garbage would be picked up every Monday, this was not done.

The painter showed with a brush and used our items we purchased and our ladder- didn’t even have his own ladder!

The plumber needed to find the water main- we were called regarding and asked them to wait til following day so we could empty our son’s shelves so things wouldn’t fall off. We came home to holes ( not small ones) in his wall, bathroom closet wall, laundry wall, and garage wall with dirty handprints left in our son’s bed with no plastic placed to assist with keeping clean. The drywall was left in the floor and a mess.
This is when supervisor was phoned.
After the phone call things were much improved. We found out the project manager had “16” projects to follow.
After all was finished- the work was beautiful. Our kitchen and floors are gorgeous. We feel like CMK should hire more project managers to assist in supervising more often.
The gentleman that did the painting (1) and the floors (1), were great. Mike was also great with the backsplash and other projects. Carlos was spread thin and can’t blame him for missed garbage and messes left.

Over all we love our kitchen and floors once completed

I had both my bath and kitchen completely remodeled and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! My 1950’s bathroom and 1980’s kitchen have been transformed!

I met with Kelly to do my initial consultation. Jessica worked with me to come up with an amazing design for both rooms.

Start to finish on the construction part, from demo to completion, doing both kitchen and bath at the same, time was 9 weeks. My project manager Carlos was the absolute best! He was attentive and organized and made sure that sure any questions/concerns I had were addressed immediately. He was always a text or phone call away.

Shout outs to the subcontractors for excellent work - John & Dylan on electrical, Kenny & Frank on kitchen cabinets, Renaldo for the beautiful tile & backsplash work, Rick for the “punch work” at the end, and Tabitha for the final cleanup. I highly recommend CMK and will use them in the future!
