Home services is goated

I wondered why the employees no longer knew anything about anything...used to be you could go and ask some advice and there were knowledgeable retired tradesman who actually know something about the department they worked in and could advise you on how to install/fix. Recently, home depot fired all of them and hired young, much cheaper, no knowledge employees who are helpless when you ask them how-to questions and sometimes don't even understand the questions much less can help you. The Home Depot used to be the place to go for this type of help... now it's just the same as Lowe's or any other place.. I don't care which one I shop at any more as there is really no difference for me now....oh and about them saving money by hiring younger workers with no skill.. .the employees themselves told me what was happening.

If I lived in a Latin country or the Caribbean this national brand of home stores could possibly be helpful. However, not one person speaks English, which I dont know how that's helpful in any way? They dont know what anything means or is...again, the point of this store is to be able to help customer with service, at best communication is key, which there is none. I'm not sure where this is going to go with business success. I see a jew r8se for tradesmen and contractors who can at least speak both or mainly English moving up to the front of the line for anyone who needs home improvement help. This is terribly unsatisfactory

Our experience with Southern Pro Restoration was outstanding. From our first interaction with Derek Bailey to discuss our needs to the completed project, everything was handled in an efficient, professional manner. The work crew worked extremely hard and left the site looking as though they'd never been there. Our new GAF shingles look great. Thanks for the fair price and friendly, quick service.

Southern Pro did an amazing job! The guys showed up early and worked hard all day. They got our roof done in an extremely timely manner and the quality of workmanship is great. They picked up all the trash and debris and made sure not to leave any nails lying around for kids to step on.

Southern Pro replaced our 22-year-old roof in May 2020. Matt Fullerton was our "project manager". He was excellent to work with, explaining what to expect and handling every detail. The crew started just before 7 am and finished around 4 pm. They did a very professional job and really cleaned up after themselves. Matt also handled all the insurance details. Bottom line - everything went as expected and we have a beautiful new roof. We could not be more pleased - happy to recommend Southern Pro Restoration.

They did a great job on my big tile roof and also my flat roof. I would highly recommend them. They are very professional, friendly, and they do an outstanding job! They bent over backwards to make sure we were very happy with their work. I have referred them to some of my family members and friends and they have all been very complementary and happy with their work.

So thankful for Katelyn at Southern Pro Restoration who helped make the process of getting our new roof so easy and low stress. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and the crew was able to start and finish our roof so fast (one day!!). We are incredibly pleased with the results and highly recommend this company to anyone looking!
