We encountered a challenging issue that seemed nearly impossible to resolve, but the company came highly recommended. Over the course of two weeks, two different technicians visited our home and tried various troubleshooting methods, but unfortunately, no solution was found. Although the hourly rate for the visits was quite costly, I left an after-hours message, and to my surprise, the owner promptly returned my call. His kindness, understanding, and swift response were truly remarkable. The following morning, an experienced electrician was sent out and, with expertise and professionalism, resolved the issue without any additional charges.

Brandon Electric, the company that installs homes in my neighborhood, has provided me with poor service and a faulty warranty. When I called to schedule a service visit for a faulty circuit, the receptionist informed me that I was out of warranty and that they wouldn’t be able to come out for three days, even on a brand-new home. This lack of customer service and warranty coverage is unacceptable and makes me question their business practices. I strongly advise against using Brandon Electric for commercial business, as they don’t even want you to speak to the manager or any technician. Their customer service is appalling, with a rate of $175 per hour.
