Friends of mine recommended Bright Spark Electric and I’m glad they did. Andrew came out on a last-minute phone call and stayed way longer than he expected to get me up and running. Andrew was on time, efficient professional, and even cleaned up after himself which surprised me. I’ll definitely be recommending him in his team on my future jobs

I’m not certain if this individual is the owner, but the driver was an extremely poor representation of the company and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic decency. Over the course of roughly 10 miles on the interstate, he engaged in aggressive road rage behavior and made multiple verbal threats, including telling me he hoped I would “crash and die” and to “kill myself.” He also directed unnecessary insults toward me based solely on the car I drive.
I understand that people can have bad days, but this kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable—especially from someone representing a business. I attempted to contact the company by phone to report the incident, but was unable to reach anyone.
While this review does not reflect the company’s electrical work, it does reflect the character and professionalism of those representing it. Who you hire and how they conduct themselves matters.
