Nicholas, an HVAC technician, was here due to a persistent buzz in our electrostatic air filter. While here, over an hour, he did a maintenance check of the entire system. All was fine except the filter frame/ballast still buzzed. Nicholas ordered a new frame. Because we have a service plan and/or our AC system is under warranty, our cost was zero.
Nicholas was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and he left no mess in the house despite the rainy day.
Highly recommended.

Chris and Taylor were here exactly on time. Both were very professional. Got everything we wanted done to our extreme satisfaction. We are all happy with the work they did! Chris explained in perfect detail what needed to be done in a very understandable manner. We certainly would love to have them help us again! They do deserve 6 ⭐️s!

Nicholas is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He thoroughly explains what’s going on and gives best recommendation on how to remedy for long lasting results. I never feel like I’m being oversold or pressured. He has come out multiple times and is extremely thorough and looks at all areas of our air conditioning so we have all the information to make the best decision for us. 5 stars every time Nicholas comes by!

Outstanding service! Our A/C unit need fixing. Our service technician was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the repairs needed. He made sure every step of the way to check with us to make sure we were ok with the repairs before he did them. His work was flawless, and he cleaned up so well after that I couldn't even tell that so much extensive work had been done. And he took the time to show us what he had done after each step, so we could see the progress. And he made sure, 150%, that we were happy with everything as he finished each step. My A/C is working like new again. Thank you Mike for being our Hero today!

Nicholas Register was here on time to gather information needed for our AC installation. He was very professional and thorough. He is such a pleasant person. He communicates well so you understand and answers any questions that might arise. He represents your company very well with excellent customer service.

There was an emergency at our house and we needed an electrician asap. I googled “electricians in Tampa”, there were lots of options. We chose this company because they have 20 plus years in business and great reviews. We definitely chose the best. Kris was professional and knowledgeable. We will be using Home Service Heroes for all our electrical need’s from now on.

Becoming a member of Home Service Heroes was the best decision I made as a first time homeowner. I had to do so many repairs and renovations after I moved in, and HSH has an expert for nearly everything, and they’re all so kind, respectful, thorough, detail oriented, and give me such peace of mind! We had an amazing experience with this company. We had a pop up plumbing problem but they cover a.c. and electrical too. Nichole was great. She explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently she got the job done. Even helped us out with a membership plan for some other new homeowner little problems we are finding/fixing. Definitely recommending them to all our family and friends in the future.

I cannot say enough about these exceptional peoole! Kris and Taylor not only listened to my requests and concerns, they truly became part of the family! I will really miss them! The work they did was nothing short of perfection! Every day, when I came home to my former home, that had been literally destroyed by a tornado in hurricane Milton, they greeted me with a huge smile and truly made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I couldn't have gotten through these difficult times without them. Also, kudos to mullet man and kevin, who helped with the AC and Plumbing they were exceptional as well! Brian Haney did a fantastic and very professional job installing an EV Charging circuit and new circuit breaker panel in our condo. I will definitely call Home Service Heroes again for any needed electrical work. They responded quickly, stayed until the job was done and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. It is a pleasure to see that true professionals still exit who are not satisfied until the job is done right. We had tried to repair a 30 year old toliet & instsll the internal tank parts & connect a bidet. We did pretty good but ran into snags with leaks from the toliet & tank, & water hose to the wall leaking. We had called Home Heroes & ran into a snag with them not being able to service us for 3 days. We honestly weren't sure we wanted to continue with this company & then today technician, Brian walked thru our door & how professional he was by introducing himself, asking what the problem was, doing a full assessment & then said it would take him about 10 minutes to have an estimate & about an hour to do the work. My husband & I felt the estimate was fair & Brian finished the repair & had cleaned up any mess he would have made. This was a wonderful experience & we will call you again in the future for our needs, as long as we get Brian. Again, thank you. (:

Problems with our water heater and the guys stuck with the job and got it done! I would recommend them for any plumbing job you need done!

Nick came out about 30 minutes quicker than the eta I was given and he knew exactly how to fix it even with my description of the issue. He got it fixed promptly and didn’t try to upscale anything which is greatly appreciated. We are members and got a slight discount so that’s a plus. Call them and they will help!!! Highly recommend.

I decided to have a Generac installed for hurricane season and this company was suggested to me. I could not have gotten a better suggestion.
James came out and went over the entire process with me. He is extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with.
Next came the install. I was blessed with Kris and Taylor as my team. I do mean blessed. They were in and out in a day and did an absolutely awesome job. Very knowledgeable, courteous and also a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend these people and this company for anything you need done in your home. Billy and Hannah did a fantastic job rebuilding the casing to support our air unit in garage. They removed the unit, built up the cabinet underneath, replaced the unit and neatened it up better than it was. So glad they were able to do this extra kind of work.

Chris and Logan we're very professional, çompassionate, knowledgable. They did a great job and recently widow so needed their help with little jobs too that were completed to bring home to code.

They treated myselff and special needs son with respect and made sure he was ok while power was removed for work.

Treat you like family. They were even rehired for another job that I've been waiting for 1 year for a friend's home with ALS severe. She needed told a sub panel but instead did the same as mine a bigger panel with a few more breakers, surge protector , taught the family and staff nurses to use it in storm as back of generator connected to it.

I would rehire them now as my electrician for any job needing electricians.
