Scruggs was recommended to us when we move into our SH home a few years ago. Our breaker panels have been maxed out, and Scruggs has been here a handful of times to offer a few short term solutions while we gear up for the long term one. The team is always professional, and fair and while I don't generally enjoy having to call the electrician, it's been a pleasure!

As a Realtor the quality of a vendor’s work means everything to me and to my clients. I would highly recommend Scruggs Electric! Dennis and his crew have done work for me at my personal home and for my real estate customers for many years and they deliver such a stellar service we have never been unhappy with the quality of work. If they say they are going to be at your home- they are there! Unlike other companies that give you the run around, you won’t get that with Scruggs Electric.

Used them one time to remove knob and tube wiring and get a letter for Teco, they were 30 minutes late and I had to call to see if they were on their way. On the phone it sounded like they forgot to put it on the schedule and came about an hour late. This wasn't the biggest deal, so I still tried to hire them again to verify an electrical panel for an insurance purposes. According to them, this was a quick job but they couldn't get me on the schedule for a week which was outside my requested times and days but I agreed to it because I needed it done. They were 30 minutes late again and I had to call to see if they were on their way because I was waiting to leave for work. It sounded like they had no idea I was even on the schedule again or what the job was even for. Then, they apologized and said they'd come at the same time the next day. I said I can't take off work again that week. Found another company that did it for half the price this one quoted me for and scheduled it at a time that was convenient for me.
