Both of our gates have broken down after only 6 months of use. I have tried countless times to get ahold of this company for repairs. No one ever answers the phone, nor can I receive a call back. I am left with a broken gate that no other companies will touch.

Awsome experience. Matt was great, got my fence up fast and it looks great. Install crew were awesome and worked really hard to get a large project done in one day. I have no complaints what's so ever.

A crew knocked down my fence with no notice and let my dog escape my yard. While my wife was trying to get our dog back, the crew stood around and laughed at her and refused to identify themselves or give the name of their supervisor. Absolutely disgusting display of unprofessional, degenerate trash. Lo and behold, their phone doesnt work, so I can not even contact somebody to report them. Based on the way they treat bystanders and the people around their job sites, do not use them. Do not support these people. Absolutely disgusting. I will continue to call until somebody decides to pick up the phone.

Would not recommend. Took way too long to respond to emails, and at one point I had to email him again asking if he got my previous one... and then it took over a week to hear back from that. Finally, was able to make an appointment to get an estimate, and the guy never showed up. Still haven't heard from him. WASTE OF TIME

It's hard to tell how good their work is when they do not show up for the price estimation appointment. We had agreed on an 11AM appointment and I waited until noon and they never showed. I called the office but of course no one answers, it's asks for you to leave a voice mail.

I NEVER leave reviews for anything but I am so blown away by the awful non existent service from this company. I have called this company 3 times and have emailed to get an estimate on fencing for our backyard. I have left a Johnathan several voicemails with no return. Eventually I called every single line on the directory and not one person answered the phone from commercial, residential, accounts payable, the director....no answer. Never have I heard a human voice or acknowledgement of emails from this company. Apparently they don’t need anymore business.

I've also attempted to call West Fl Fence for the last several days, left v/m with Jonathan, left v/m on work number, attempted to go to each dept. and to no available. I've used them before and they were good but now I'm calling to fix a few repairs on the wood fence including the gate fence, a piece of wood completely cracked off so you can see a major gap between the fence gate. I'm very disappointed with them not responding when a Client calls to get an estimate.

Have used West Florida Fence for my fencing needs with my business and nothing but great things to be said about this company. Very knowledgable about what they do and nothing but the best fencing materials in the industry are used. I recently used there temporary fencing for an event that was hosted by my company and there services really made my day hassle free with no worry about the fencing needs being West Florida Fence took care of all my needs. I would recommend them to anybody and will definitely use them again if future fencing needs arise
