Probably the home repair company in Tampa, Junior (the worker) & the other employees were great but the people working at the office (the money hungry ones) will literally overcharge you & lie to your face. When I got a quote the lady said that they will close the water leak, remove all the drywall & wood from the area & replace it with new wood, drywall & paint. But when junior came he said they didn’t tell him he needed to remove the whole wall only wood that has water damage (mind you some of the 2x4s were literally filled with black holes & they still didn’t want to replace them), then he prepared to close the wall and I told him that you didn’t fix the hole where the water is coming from he then again said they didn’t tell me he needed to repair the hole. They wanted to charge me $3,600 for a small area I told them it’s too much so they dropped it to $2000 which I agreed to, but they will try to not tell their employees to repair certain parts so that they can get out of the house & go to a different job. (5/6/26) after we agreed that the wall will be good as new they message me saying they won’t paint the wall & that if I wanted it painted I would have to pay an extra $250 mind you the wall is only 1ft wide & 10ft tall. She told me that they use high quality paint that costs $60 a pint (the employee said they get the paint from Home Depot where they sell eggshell white paint by the 5 gallon bucket for $120 & adding color doesn’t cost a thing) I said fine charge me $250 on top of the $2000. But what really wanted me to post this review is the fact that I asked them if they can attach the shutter, they replied in messages yes we can. I told the employee about it they said they never told me I had to attach the shutter. So I called Lisa AGAIN she said “oh I thought you meant Gutter” while laughing, I told her “no I clearly said in the message shutter & you agreed that you can reattach the shutter” she said “I’m not saying we can’t do it, it’s just we don’t have it listed on the contract” when there’s literally messages proving that I asked if the shutters can be reattached but I know she wants me to ask her “how much will it cost to reattach the shutters” just so they can add more money into their belly’s. There’s a reason why they only have 4 reviews mind you they said it was a 2 day job, it’s literally their 6th time here at my house in a span of 2 weeks. Save your money & go with a different company these guys will lie to your face & document every conversation because these guys are liars.

Below I added photos to show what they wanted to keep on the wall clearly there is decaying wood from water intrusion and for someone paying $2k I’d expect them to remove that bad wood but they said theirs no need, I keep assuming these contractors that give quotes see big houses & try to overprice simple work it’s honestly sad.
