Home Builder reviews in Tampa, Florida

Had a great experience with TomCo Solutions and Tommy Whitehead. They helped one of my elderly clients complete the repairs needed to close on her reverse mortgage, and they were fantastic!

Fast, professional, and easy to work with—but what really stood out was their flexibility in allowing her to pay after closing. That took a huge weight off her shoulders.

The work was excellent, and they even went above and beyond what was required. Thanks to Tommy and his team, she was able to close, access her funds, and stay in her home comfortably.

Highly recommend TomCo Solutions for any home repairs, renovations or construction!

While I haven’t worked with them on a project yet the level of communication and knowledge they have displayed is impeccable compared to other builders I’ve communicated with. I would highly advise anyone to at least give them a call

TomCo is not only a solution, but the solution. The owner understands the ins and outs of any complex problems and can simplify anything.

I would highly recommend. Very professional from start to finish. I told them what I wanted. They made some recommendations to make it even better (and up to code). In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely use again.

Great customer service! Very fast!

Great community partner thanks for helping out Kingswood Elementary

Tommy has been great! He has helped with a ton of projects around my house! Very knowledgeable.

Tommy is a true professional and because I'm an insurance broker I hear about a lot of shady contractors that people hire and insurance companies use; so use someone you can trust and works hard to make sure your needs are met.Tommy is your go to guy for your construction or remodeling projects!

TomCo was able to do a complete home renovation for me, interior and exterior paint, flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixture in 3 weeks! I was told it was going to be a 2-month job but they rushed and got it completed quickly so I could move in on time. The work was great.

We had a huge tree drop through our roof with hurricane Ian.
Tommy helped us out so much. Was able to get movers and storage set up the next day. We were able to save 85 % of our belongings. Also was at the house when insurance adjusters and structural engineer were there to inspect and access damage. He's is doing a wonderful job. Guiding us through this difficult process.

Great company & great people. They have been an incredible business partner!
