I can’t say enough about the service and how great they are. They are reliable, exceptional and dependable. First I want to speak of the bi weekly service I get.. it is always excellent, and they always show up like clockwork and are very thorough each and every time.

The original work was good, then follow up was terrible! He kept missing his scheduled appointments, then he pulled childish tactics saying he’ll be there in 30 min. Then an hr. Later he said on his way, 20 min. But he never showed or called! Very childish terrible service! Can’t be trusted! Wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!

Top two worst services ive paid for. Jason coached me on my pool heater telling me in writing he had just installed one just like it a few weeks ago. So I bought it on his blessing. Now that we have a conflict its "the cheapest heater in the united states" Thanks Jason!

Where to start he charged me $1,500 to install a $3k heater. I had him come and work on my airbnb in another state. HUGE mistake not being present he took MAJOR advantage. They literally left standing urine in my toilets and didnt clean up any of their work or take the trash at the end... ($1,500 and i clean up the mess).

They broke the entry to the attic and he claims that the support system is weak. Whether true or not, time will tell... he left without pointing it out and when I called him out on it he made it clear he know and just didnt tell. I find it hard to believe becasue there is a closet shelving system and they used it to climb into the roof and broke each rung on it. ridiculous!!!!!

I told him id write bad review if he didnt come back or reimburse me for the damages. For three days he said he would but didnt show and we realized why. He didnt glue any of the plumbing he did and it exploded. We literally have him on film after reviewing it running out of glue and just not using glue the rest of the way through. Now the heater isnt working properly... go figure. The techs fixing it say its one of the laziest jobs all around they have seen. Homie is a super scammer. Proceed with caution. Im having to go to court. Hopefully you dont!

We love CRS Pool services! Jason and his team have been taking care of our pool for years, keeping it clear and blue year round. Jason also did a great job replacing our filter and pool pump.

I’ve had a hard time with previous pool companies keeping up with my pool due to it not being screened in. However Jason and his team came through and made sure the pool is clean and clear every single week with even a weekly report of all of my pools details.

I had CRS pool service swap out a broken light fixture in my pool that has hasn’t worked since I bought the home. They gave me an extremely competitive price and stuck to my quoted price after the work was done. All the work was complete efficiently and walked me through whatever questions I had during the process. I would highly recommend.

Within a day of contacting, CRS Pools was out to my house to give me a quote and within two days I had a working pool heater fully installed. Thank you Jason and team for your professional and quick replies to any and all questions I had both during and after install was complete. Very professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend.

Met with Jason back in mid April, he came over and said would give me an estimate within a few days for pool resurfacing. When I reached out to see if he had any updates a week later he said he was still working on quotes. NEVER heard back from him.
I wouldn’t recommend using this company if you’re looking for promptness!
No follow up whatsoever from their part.
I would give CRS Pools zero stars if it were an option.

Jason and team did great job getting our old pool pump set up (third photo) to a higher functioning state (1st and 2nd photo). Evaluation was prompt, estimate was fair, work was well and system is working the best it ever has. Will call them again for future repairs over the local chain retail stores.

Great experience with this cleaning company. I needed last minute event cleanup, and they responded quickly, showed up on time, and did a very thorough job. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes, especially for a short notice request. Highly recommend if you need reliable event or post-event cleaning services or any type of cleaning.

I’ve worked with this company for several months now and have hired them to clean my home and assist with my baby shower clean up. Fantastic service! They are professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. They now come regularly to my home and keep everything spotless despite that I have 3 kids. The cleaning is done quickly and efficiently, and if the work is done within the timeframe I’ve paid for she will find something to clean or help with. They are also great with the kids!! Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this cleaning company enough! I reached out to them with a last-minute request after my Airbnb guest left the house in extremely poor condition. I was honestly stressed and worried about getting everything ready in time for my next booking.
