Had a disappointing experience with this company, I hired them exactly 3 weeks ago and every week I’ve had to call in with a different problem.

Upon hiring them we agreed on a monthly payment. First week in, I get charged an extra $100 that was never discussed in our conversation. I let it slide because it was the first week and I thought it was a miscommunication.

Second week, the pool technician comes in on a date that we never agreed on. I call them to let them know that upon hiring them, I was specific that I wanted my services on that specific day and they agreed. They gave me the run around and said they’ll see what they can do.

Third week, still haven’t redo a call back regarding the second issue; the pool cleaner hasn’t showed up all week. I call them again and they tell me she’ll was sick and she’ll be there the next day.

Today (third week) pool cleaner comes in, leave the pool dirty. I call them back once again and cancelled. Spoke to a manager and they refused to refund me $160 I’ve spent in 3 weeks. I will call my credit card company because this is unacceptable.
