I've been using Stratus for about 3 years, and they've always been fantastic about finding us a good crew, and addressing any issues. Their operation manager Danell has been wonderful to work with, she takes the time to do her own drop in visits and make sure everything is up to standard, and even reviewed our contract to make sure we were getting the best clean for our rates.

Avoid Stratus – They Exploit Their Franchise Owners

If you’re thinking about buying a Stratus franchise, don’t do it. They make everything sound great at the beginning — promises of training, support, and stable accounts — but once you invest your money, the truth comes out. Stratus constantly takes accounts away from existing franchisees and gives them to new ones, leaving many people without income after working hard to build their business.

I personally went through this unfair treatment. When customers complain, Stratus blames the franchisees instead of taking responsibility. They act unprofessionally and treat you with zero respect if you question anything or try to cancel.

This company is not what they claim to be. Many franchisees are going through the same thing. It’s not a real business opportunity — it’s a trap that takes advantage of people trying to work honestly. Think twice before trusting them with your money or your future.

I want to give a big shout out to Danell at Stratus. When I came back, she was incredibly helpful and consistently jumped into action anytime I tagged her in. No hesitation just support and solutions.

She even took the time to walk through an account with me and gave me real, practical pointers on the best way to approach the challenge. You can genuinely hear the 20+ years of experience when she speaks, and what really sets her apart is that she’s willing to share that knowledge instead of holding it back.

That kind of guidance makes a huge difference. Kevin has built a strong team, and Danell is a major asset to it. Truly appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help others succeed.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! This is the best words I can come up with after the job that ProMaster Restoration did in our house. They turned our house into a showcase. Pedro (owner) helped us pick out the porcelain tile and his men were over in a short time and completed the job in a few days. Needless to say, the tile is beautiful and considering the huge job, he was very reasonable. I will hire him again next year to do bedrooms and bathroom. Highly recommend this wonderful company.

I used Promaster to clean my tile grout, my carpets were cleaned and then we also used them to clean our furniture. They were awesome, very knowledgeable, professional and very fairly priced. i highly recommend them.

I have been having Pedro clean my carpet for about 12 years. He has never disappointed me. He is always on time and does an amazing job. I have had 2 emergency situations and he has responded right away. I would highly recommend him!

Our Puppy had eaten an area on the landing of our stairs where there is a tremendous amount of traffic. We asked it to be repaired with some carpet from the closet. The owner was so nice and said based on the ware and location it really wouldn't match or turn out and didn't feel right taking our money. He made a suggestion and it worked out perfectly! It is lovely to know that there is a company who isn't going to take advantage of you.

Pedro and his team SAVED my house when it flooded. He and his team acted with lightening speed and cleaned up my floors immediately so that there would be less damage done to the house. I HIGHLY recommend him for ALL carpet and restoration needs. He is honest, reliable and very trustworthy! Hire him and you know you are getting THE BEST!

Our new construction home had carpet that was never stretched properly and has ripples. Pedro fixed it after we had several other people say they couldn't. He was very professional and reliable. The services were very affordable. Would highly recommend.
