I can't even begin to explain how much time was wasted getting these guys to even respond. So they did come to the salon - 4 days later I had to call to remind them we wanted a quote. Peter said he would have it to me by tomorrow. So 48 hours later comes a 20 page quote. Yes, 20! Now this might be a franchise thing but the first 11 pages are company nonsense (looks like the entire website) before we get to page one for the salon. Then 4 pages of specific info. Get's better. So I agree to the initial $1000 floor cleaning (3000 square feet) on May 17. May 20, 2 emails reminding him we are ready to go. Get email saying he'll have something to me tomorrow. Nothing the next day - I call and text another response he'll have something to me tomorrow. Nothing since - not even the decency to call and apologise or make up some excuse - apparently Jan-Pro teaches 'remain silent lest you get more work'. Terrible.

This guys Scam and they lie to you, as soon as you pay them they don't find you jobs.I got. I got in business with them and after I did all the classes and gave them the money 26k later and they promised me jobs and a month later no jobs .I went to the office and told them they didn't have an answer for me and they will not give me the money back ,they are a scam DO NOT get in business with them .I hope God looks at them down . SCAM!!!
