The Youngs just replaced our a/c system. They did a great job. The old unit was hauled away. Everyone was polite and helpful with all of our questions. We did not ask them to but Mr. Young came back the next day to check on the system and the work preformed. We are very happy with the service we received.

They squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon in the middle of summer, in Fort Mitchell none the less, and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. They were up front about the pricing and what it included and made sure I was good with it before continuing any work. They cleaned and serviced the system when they found out I was selling the house. Great customer service and value.
