They are professional, provide excellent communication, are reliable, and responsive to all requests. I have been using Maid Easy Cleaning now for about 9 months or so, and I cannot recommend them enough! I have very high standards of "clean" and am very pleased each and every time my home is cleaned. The team is always on time, communicates if any issues arise, and is very receptive to feedback. Beware. Potential scam. They came recommended by a friend of mine. They are entirely over priced for what you get. I hired this company to clean my home which included an entry way, living room, kitchen, small playroom, a child's bedroom, and a child's bathroom. I explained to Diane that I had injured myself and needed some help picking up. She said she would send two workers to do the job. This was NOT a two worker job by any means. She told me the fee would be $60 an hr. She put a hold on my card a few days before the job of $350. It was expensive but I went with it because I really needed the help. They arrived. We provided some lunch for them which was pizza. The workers were here for 6 hours one stayed 30 minutes longer. Diane came and checked out the finished work. It looked alright.... Nothing out of this world amazing to be honest. The big shocker came when I noticed a large amount of money missing from my accounts. She had billed me $750...6 hrs per person. She billed me $120 an hour! My home is small. My home was not worth $750 to clean. This is most definitely a scam. READ THE FINE PRINT don't expect too much and definitely don't expect her to be up front with you about the fees. I didn't think she would bill me $120 an hour. That's absurd! There are plenty of other cleaning services that I'm sure would never do this to anyone. Bad business in my opinion.

Maid Easy Cleaning is a great company. Everyone is very professional, and the communication is fantastic. We always know when they are on their way. Their cleaners are amazing, and do a wonderful job. You can tell that they take their time training their employees to do a high-quality job. They have made a world of difference for us with our busy schedule.

I absolutely love this company. I started using the service when I was too pregnant to get anything done around my house and they were everything I could've needed and more. They responded quickly after my initial inquiry and were just as quick to complete a home inspection and give me a quote. The general manager, Danielle, always returns calls and emails quickly and prioritizes your needs and preferences with each cleaning. The girls who clean are always so polite and dude such a thorough job. If you're in need of a clean, you won't be sorry giving them a call!!

I’m usually pretty apprehensive about letting someone clean up my mess , but maid easy cleaning service definitely changed my mind. Their work is remarkable and I definitely would refer them to a friend.

Used this service twice. They automatically charge you for three hours at minimum on the invoice. First time, they took 3 hours. Second time, right at 2 hours - but they still charged for 3 hours. When I called to say that was misleading, the rep understood but said their boss would not do a one-time adjustment even though I said that I would use their service again if we came to an agreement. For me, that is mediocre customer service at best. Oh well, on to one of the other 288272 cleaning services in Tampa!
