We have been a customer of extreme maids since 2015. When the service was good, it was really good. Lately, it has been nothing but bad. Luckily, one of their top people left and started their own company. We fired extreme maids and went with the new company. I left a review on Google, and Extreme Maids responded with a ton of lies. We are never home when our house is being cleaned. The cleaners have free rein! Extreme Maids public lies are good for me because they were foolish enough to put these lies in writing. I guess they will learn very quickly that defamation of character can bankrupt a business! Run far and fast from this company. Anyone that would lie like they did below cannot be trusted.

Clean was amazing Yanise did a wonderful job however we Booked online confirmed payment in cash, paid the cleaning woman in cash, and then they still charged my card for the cleaning. When I called to resolve the issue the woman over the phone said they didn’t take cash payments which is odd because it let me book and confirmed a cash payment. She was unable to resolve my issue and never called me back to finish the matter leaving me to pay $440 for a house clean :)

Update : they did call back today and apologize & refunded my card.
