Quick response time. More than competent diagnostics and repairs. Only issue I have is the original wiring (all installed by Elegant Accents) could/should have been installed deeper in ground. We continue to have issues with lawn service cutting wires with their edgers and clippers requiring downtime and expensive repairs.

Philip did a great job of replacing the fixtures efficiently; and he took the initiative to leave our lighting better than he found it (making adjustments here and there).

We had our system installed a couple of years ago, and we wanted to add a couple more lights to some new trees. One quick call, and the lights were installed in a couple of days. Jeff and his team are always professional and committed to delivering high quality services and an outstanding customer experience. Later, we had an issue with one of the lights, and again the team was out the next day and problem solved. This is an amazing company and we highly recommend Elegant Accents for any lighting project.

Joell and the team did an awesome job updating my outdoor lighting. They were so flexible in keeping with my requests for design and integration, were knowledgeable in integrating the new lights into my systems controller, and paid attention to keeping costs reasonable and accountable. I could not ask for a better job! Modifications were prompt and the in fountain lighting and color changing lamps are perfect for a festive holiday (or any occasion)! My thanks go out to them.
