Will came out and gave us a great quote to cover all the normal lawn maintenance s as well as the annual tree trimming. After the contract was signed he had begun working and doing amazing! He maintains all areas of the lawn and it looks great!

Completely unreliable. First Javier postponed the appointment by one day. Then he didn’t show up. He gave various explanations. He couldn’t find the house. “Management” sent him to a different house. He had other work to do. He couldn’t call for help with directions because he didn’t have my number. (He told me this by texting my phone.) I traveled 40 minutes each way to meet him at my property. He wasted half of my day.

Almost no English, so communication is near impossible. They don't use wood screws, but nails instead, and if they do use wood screws, they'll be old, rusty wood screws. Poor and lazy measurements. It's no wonder Tricon employs these guys; they're cheap and do a job that lasts MAYBE 5 years.

First and foremost, if you don't speak Spanish get a translation app. Don't let the language barrier deter you from hiring Javi and Mari. They do phenomenal work, pay attention to detail and are super polite, friendly, and respectful. They did everything I requested. My husband ran over a sprinkler with a lawn mower and Javier came out to fix it the next day. He was quick, efficient and even adjusted the water direction getting wet in the process! He went above and beyond for us and we will be calling for any future needs and repairs. Thank you so much
