A Rare Find - They Actually Care About Customer Satisfaction!

Hiring Bright Brothers was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. The team, led by the incredibly professional Josh, and crew did a phenomenal job cleaning our roof, solar panels, and power washing and sealing our patio, and driveway. The quality is exceptional.

But what really blew us away was the owner stopping by to check on our satisfaction. In an era where customer service often feels like an afterthought, this gesture showed us that Bright Brothers is a company that truly stands behind its work and values its clients.

We were impressed with the timeliness, cost, and quality, but we were won over by the integrity. We highly recommend them!

Absolutely fantastic job of soft washing our mildewed roof by the Bright Brothers. Ben came out personally with his expert technician Josh to complete the work. Called on a Wednesday and they completed the work the next Tuesday. BTW Emily at the office was courteous and awesome to deal with on scheduling and getting the contract signed. Highly recommend!!!!!

This company is the best for holiday lights. Ben and his team did amazing on my house. They were able to do it while my girlfriend was out of town for a weekend, and she was ecstatic when she got back!

I don't use them but they block my driveway everytime they work on my neighbors lawn across the street. Very inconsiderate.

Just a suggestion maybe don't cut off people on the road when you are driving a billboard for your company? If you do lawns as well as you drive I feel sorry for your customers and neighborhoods...

You were called for a residential service. You promised to come by the same day to qoute, but you did not show up and you didn't call to reschedule. Your Brandon Chamber of Commerce membership isn't worth the paper you signed up on.

The worst landscaping company ever. They park right in front of the stop sign to the neighborhood with their big truck and equipment so all of the cars have to go around it! This is very dangerous. I don't know why anyone would use them. I would never!

Dan and his crew are prompt, timely and are detail oriented. I have them currently doing weekly service and they do an excellent job. I would strongly recommend them!

No respect for the neighborhood. Crew was here at 7am on Saturday with gas powered equipment. Crew had ear silencers on because I am sure they know how loud their equipment is. Tried to call their number to complain but no luck- guess they like to sleep in on Saturdays.

Dan and his crew designed and completed whole yard landscaping and fixing of sprinkler systems throughout my yard. On time, professional and extremely high quality work. Dan takes time to answer all questions and explain everything in detail. Clean-up all leaving the driveway and rd in better shape than when they arrived.
