There's not enough good things I can say about this company! From the first time I spoke with Parker on the phone I knew he was the type of guy I wanted to do business with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and completely respectful on the phone. "yes sir's/no sir's" etc. Your parents should be extremely proud of you and your brother, you guys are true gents. They installed a new irrigation system that is amazing. I can't cut my dang grass fast enough with all the water I got spraying out now hahah. From programing the unit, to making sure every sprinkler is covering the appropriate area of grass, the whole crew knocked it out of the park. "thank you" I'm thankful I found you guys.

We hired Central Land Care to freshen up our front and back yards after they were hit hard by two major storms. The damage had left everything looking rough—washed-out beds and worn-down turf—but their team brought everything back to life beautifully.

They were prompt, professional, and clearly experienced. From debris removal to replanting, mulching, and detailed touch-ups, they handled every step with care and precision. They also gave us great suggestions to help make our yard more resilient in the future.

Our entire experience with Central land care from start to finish was excellent. Tray was very professional and responsive. He came over next day after I called him to review the yard and come up with a design build quote to transform our yard that desperately needed it. The project consisted of new sod, new landscape lighting, new irrigation, new shrubs/plants, new palms/arecas, and a new rock Parking pad. Tray and team were on time and ahead of schedule with their install. His crew is very friendly and respectful! Pricing is extremely competitive. I have worked with a number of landscapers in Tampa and Tray is definitely #1

Care did a great job on replacing our landscape and sod. They were very informative and flexible with the designs and choices. They came when scheduled and completed the work very quickly. We really love the results.

In 2006 I built a patio with Central Florida Landscaping (CFL), and in 2010 I added on a pool and a patio extension using another company. Within 2 years the NON-CFL patio sagged and required multiple adjustments and re-tamping of the dirt underneath the pavers. In sharp contrast the CFL-built patio was solid as a rock—no budging, no sagging, not even a loose paver.

I’m using CFL again as we speak to build my new patio and looking at the amount of prep work they do as well as the thoroughness with which they do it I know I made the right choice. I highly recommend them because the quality is unmatched. I’ve seen the work done by other hardscape/landscape companies and there is no comparison.

Started out great but became unresponsive- after I gave him hundreds of dollars to purchase trees, plants, etc. for my yard. I thought he was really great and he earned my trust. Then he started not showing up when he said he would. Finally he said he had been down with Covid-19 but he was recovered and would be back to finish in the next couple of days. I am headed to small claims court later this week to file a suit against him. Do NOT pay him up front. Sadly, I cannot recommend him even though he is great at this work . I can't get him to even call me.

Mike and the team at Insignia were fantastic! Mike came to my house personally to give me a quote for yard/alley clearance, a very kind and personal gentleman whose quote was the best out of the other services I got quotes from. They showed up on time for the job with a team large enough/the proper equipment to handle the job quickly and better than I could have imagined. I look forward to using them in the future!

First of all, Mike is an absolute pleasure to work with. We moved to our new house last year and he took over a lawn service that wasn’t able to meet the standards we wanted. He and his crew have been tremendous in the up keep of our lawn care. We also just had him install some landscape lighting to complete the look of our home and couldn’t be any more pleased! See attached pictures I took with my phone with timestamp September 24 and October 18 of 2024. Recently decided to try out a new landscaper after 5 years with the same one as the last home owner prior to me purchasing my current home. My rationale to do so was that by doing so, the transition line from my neighbor's lawn and my lawn would be in sync and generally just look better that way. So I noted the number for Insignia when I saw the landscapers around the neighborhood and decided to give a call. Spoke with a nice sounding gentleman named Mike who helped me get set up. The first time the lawn got cut, I was underwhelmed as I saw evidence of suboptimal lawn care in my lawn as evidenced by either one of their workers having flicked their cigarette butt in my lawn at worst, or blew it using the finishing touch blower into mulch bed from the street at best--but I happen to believe it was likely flicked there mindlessly due to some other clear evidences of suboptimal attention being paid to the lawn: I have two pigmy dwarf palm trees flanking the walkway leading up to the door which had been trimmed upon me returning from work, which I was happy about but simultaneously I was dismayed to see that there were trimmed palm fronds both still dangling from the tree via some missed cut fibers, as well as some palm fronds on the ground that had never been picked up. Regarding the palm fronds on the ground and the ones dangling from the tree, I just let them stay there so that the worker's could see their error the next time they came around. However, the next time the Insignia worker's came to cut, they actually only cut the neighbor's yard and not mine, leaving the mess they left behind the first time around continue to be. At that point I just cleaned it up myself. I took a picture of the lawn being unmowed with timestamp September 24 and sent it to Mike in text message and he did apologize, promising to look into it for me. Honestly, I even just recently texted him more pictures of another instance of the workers only cutting the neighbor's lawn while leaving mine unmowed, and that timestamp is October 18th which I also sent to Mike. At this point, I asked for a refund of a month of my money since I effectively didn't receive service for one month and the association sends fees for this kind of thing. Extremely underwhelmed with the lack of professionalism with this company and will be seeking a new company moving forward.
