The owner was very quick to reply to my online request for an estimate. He called me it seemed like minutes after I sent the request, and set up an appointment to give me an estimate. He showed up promptly. We went over what I wanted done and it was agreed upon in no time. The owner and I stayed in constant contact the whole time. With no issues and everything went very very smooth. I can not say how much I appreciated the honesty and the hard work of the owner and the crew. Thank you for a perfectly executed service. We had Bartlett Tree Experts out to clean up our Laurel Oak. They did such a great job and cleaned up the all the debris from the tree as well. The oak looks a million times better and I feel safer in my yard now. I was worried about dead branches randomly falling out.

John and his crew did an awesome job on very large oak trees overhanging the driveway and house. He provided constant communication and pictures. He did everything he could to open the canopy for wind to move through, and to remove limbs overhanging the road for safety. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I saw John's work through my neighbor's tree job. Ever since then, I wanted to remove my 2 front oak trees. Anyways, I got his call, got a quote and scheduled a removal in no time. He kept me inform about date, info of ground lines or sewers, and he started the job. It took him 2 days. My front yard was clean of debris and you can't tell that there were trees.
