Called him on Friday late in the day and let him know what the issue was. He let me know that he would call me tomorrow morning and swing by. He kept his word and came by. He assessed the situation and fixed it right there on the spot. He also gave me some helpful information to keep my pool equipment functioning properly. If i run into any issues again, he will be the first person i call.

Mike's been servicing and maintaining my pool for the past nine years. He's smart, honest and does things in a timely fashion. There are many choices out there, most of them bad.....

It seems that in my area, the outsourced their services to a company called Gulf to Bay Pools.
I am beyond unhappy with their service. First the tech doesn't show for a whole week, and that was only his second week, then he shows up and stays about 10 minutes and left the pool as dirty as he found it. I took pictures right after he left and my camera took pictures of when he got here and when he left. He didn't do any of the things he said he did on the card since my camera showed exactly what he did. I took pictures of how he left my pool. I have a lotof pictures

Never owned a pool before and it was a mistake telling them that. I was told one price for set up and then a different price for monthly service. Well SURPRISE, I get a bill for $100 more than was agreed plus a supply fee of $150. I normally don't like to complain but I've never heard of businesses charging you more than what was agreed and THEN for supplies. I texted Mike the owner for an explanation and none was offered. Terminated services and then i get a response of "that still leaves Januarys bill". Absolutely terrible service. Way to treat a disabled veteran. I have hired another service and explained to him the story and he even said it was outrageous. Oh yea and they charge less. Go elsewhere for pool services.

I have been using Echo for the last 3 years. Great service, dependable and friendly. Any time we have had a need they were quick to get the pool back up and running. Reliable weekly service too! I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates small local businesses.

Echo pool service is a great company to have as your pool service. Mike and Rick will go above and beyond to fit your needs. They helped me when I was having my pool remodeled, having to do the start up brushing and checking on my water balance. Thank you Guys, you rock!

I'm so glad I found this company! I was concerned we would have to replace our pool pump but Mike came by the next day after I called and quickly fixed a minor air leak and got us back up and running. He also educated us on how our current configuration is prone to air leaks and what changes we can make long term to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

Mike was amazing. Came out, made magic happen on my pool pump and whaaaaa laaa! Everything works now. Let me save ya'll some time, I have gone through 10 or so pool providers, for maintenance stuff, THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I will use. Mike is a wizard on the pool gear.

I had used another pool service that didnt keep my pool water clear after several weeks of them trying to clear it up. I called Echo and spoke to Mike who came out and cleared up the water in a day. They also installed a water heater that works perfectly. Great company and great service.

Echo is a local, full service, pool maintenance company that we have used for the last 3 years. Mike and his team do an exceptional job keeping our pool in tip top shape. From regular cleaning and chemical testing to equipment repair and replacement, they do it all well. We have a VERY difficult pool to keep up with as we do not have a cage and our back yard is covered by huge oaks - the guys at Echo never complain and they are always working hard to help us keep the pool looking great. Just last week they made an additional visit to clean our skimmer line - no extra charge. They really work hard to keep their customers happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I would not recommend Echo pools. I signed up for the monthly maintenance after purchasing a new home. Fine for the first week but after two weeks, our pool started looking worse. I reached out as to what was going on but did not get a response. The third week, no one came out so I called and was told I should've gotten a report. At that point the pool was green so it was obvious that no one had come that week. So now I'm dealing with a green pool and got the bill for a whole month of service.

Edit: Changed to 3 stars because they decided not to charge me for the month.
