I called with an emergency this morning and they came within the next hour. Not only did they do a great job but they educated me on how to handle stains like this in the future. Super nice and professional. I will be using them for all future carpet cleanings.

Great job. I called at 9:00am, and Alex was here within 2 hours. He did a very thorough job on my couch and outdoor loungers.

My office secretary called the owner of the company to ask them how much they would charge to clean our extremely large expo hall floor. The owner would not give us a price and that’s OK, but when we asked questions he acted very impatient and kept saying OK after he spoke. Like he was trying to get us off the phone. We ended up calling another company and they told us about how much it would cost, they came out and perform the service, and they stood there and smiled and answered our questions patiently. I recommend this person realize that business is more than making money but it also requires a customer focus.

My cat had a few accidents on my mattress so there were several stains on it. When Alex was done, the mattress looked brand new. Patronizing small businesses like his is extremely good for the local economy and I highly recommend him!

Alex did an amazing job! Our carpets look brand new again. Not only did he remove all of the pet stains and odors he was even able to remove the dried up slime on my daughters carpet that I thought would never come out. I’ve used Stanley Steamer for years. I have had my mattress and my living room furniture cleaned by them on two separate occasions. I have absolutely no complaints and I will definitely use them again when the need arises. They are professional, courteous and most of all prompt. My mattress and furniture were dry within the same evening and looked spectacular. Definitely a good value as well.

Amazing service! We had a red wine stain from the night before that we treated with baking soda and vinegar which did not fully work. I called Alex and he was at our house 30 minutes later. He treated the stain and you can't tell there was ever a spill! Amazing results and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Incredibly kind and fast! He arrived early and gave an honest, reasonable bid for a large sectional, area rug and upstairs carpeting. My couch looks brand new and though i considered simply replacing my worn rug, once he cleaned it, it too looks as good as when i bought it years ago. I feel silly for having thought of replacing it in the first place. I would 100% recommend him and call again.

Alex did such an amazing job on cleaning my sectional sofa. I called at 8am on a Sunday morning, and he was at my house by noon (as promised). The whole job took 2 hours. He did one round and asked me to check it, to see if I perhaps wanted something stronger. The first round was a 10x improvement from what he started with. Since this sofa is 6 years old and well loved by a family of 3, including a dog, I told him to hit it again for good luck. Mama is trying to get another few years from this couch! Lol! It was worth it and I am grateful he offered. I feel like I just bought new furniture. Process of scheduling and estimate is easy, send a picture via text and you get a quote.
