John was excellent! We were given a time frame of 8-10pm at 7pm. He gave us a call and was here within 2 minutes of our call to get our air serviced. He is also very personable and made the entire experience excellent! Would highly recommend the company and John to service your air conditioning! We also signed up for the maintenance package and got rid of our old one for the better service with you guys!

We called Cool Comfort after our service company came out to see why the a/c wasn't working and stated they didn't have the tools or freon, they never came back. Plus told husband that cleaning the coils is not in their service plan. Husband had to go to ER due to coil cleaning issue. Long story short while there called Cool Comfort that could fit us in between 9pm and 11pm. Jared showed up at 9pm. We got back from ER at 9:30pm and he had it running and cool in our house. Showed us what the problem was and was very friendly. We will be looking into getting a service plan with them as long as they clean coils. lol

I have been totally surprised with this company and the attention of its staff in Special with Brennan, an attentive, courteous and knowledgeal boy in his profession. I was calling several companies and due to the holidays no one could offer services until I contacted them. I made the call and in less than 3 hours they were already at home fixing my air conditioning. I would use them again and I would definitely recommend them.
