In just one service call this business eradicated all the stigma in my mind about HVAC techs. The service was amazing, professional, quick, and educational. Harold walked me step by step through my issue, what I should look for or hear if it were to happen again, and taught me what preventative measures I should take to avoid it or a potentially more expensive issue. I feel more comfortable knowing this business is just one phone call away and local to my residence. Definitely looking to subscribe to their HVAC maintenance services.

Locke's AC once again has been great to deal with. They do what they say they are going to do and are out to keep you as a long term customer. The two most important things for me are, are they going to be there AFTER the install AND can I get a good price! It is VERY hard to find both! So many companies try to get you while they can and upsell you with extras you don't need-- and after the install they become a different company to deal with. Locke's, on the other hand, has installed 4 systems in different houses over the years and each install has been a value and a consistently good experience AND they are there for questions and service years later. Thanks Locke's for the peace of mind!

We just had a condenser fan motor go out, on our 4 ton central AC unit. Another company wanted over $1200 for the motor alone, which can be bought retail for about $130. We politely declined. That evening, we called Locke's and the technician (Lester) was out the next morning. Lester is a really nice guy and explained what he was doing, as he worked. It took him just a few minutes to make sure the wiring and capacitor were still good, check the coolant level, and replace the motor. The total was $325, which was quite a bit less than we thought it would be. We're now cool and happy. Thanks, Locke's...and thank you as well, Lester. Five stars. By the way, you can find coupons for Locke's on the front of "The Flyer" magazine that comes in the mail with the weekly ads. That's how we found them. -Pat and Shana, happy customers in Lutz, FL
