They communicated with us effectively and often, they are incredibly knowledgeable about the industry, and they were able to accommodate us despite our very tight timeline requirements. You will not find another company that puts as much care and effort into your project. Lee's work was top-notch and he more than exceeded our expectations. Michelle was fantastic to deal with while setting up our appointment, explaining their processes, and helping me understand all the items of importance regarding our job. We really could not have asked for a better experience! 10 out of 10!

Max was fantastic. Extremely professional and very considerate., Prompt, thorough and clean. Fighting through hurricane flooding, and Max was extremely eager to help. Max serviced my unit 2 months ago quickly and reasonably. I returned to Bea Cool when I had an emergency issue last night. He came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it in a matter of hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to call back! Highly recommend.

By Thursday, January 9th, I woke up to 64 degrees in the house. Winter was surely upon us and the furnace was not doing a very good job at heating . A girlfriend gave me the phone number of a company that she very much raved about. It was noon and the thermostat was now reading 66. I decided to call for help. Max answered promptly and said he had a man out in our area that he would sent over. Within a half hour Yuan was ringing the bell. Big man, neat, clean and Cuban. He immediately found that the thermostat need batteries. I gave him two to replace. Now the thermostat was working great. Next he took apart the furnace and carefully watched the pilots being lit, the flames covering the area fully, and then turning off properly. Just to make sure all was operating well, he went into the attic to make sure there were no leaks in the vents. All was good and warmer! The work was very thorough and I will definitely use this company again.

26 year old house needed new ductwork. (There’s more to ductwork than you think) We called an HVAC supply house to get their recommendation for contractors. Sales rep referred us to Max @ BeaCool. Max came to the house, inspected, and offered practical, common sense solutions. His estimate was reasonable (we had a total of four). We signed off on a Friday, they finished the following Wednesday. Max works alongside his crew and inspects all work. We are 100% confident in BeaCool’s work.

Hi my name is Patte Kearney. I have a salon in Dunedin. My Air finally had to be replaced. That very same day I was notified that Max and his team were on their way to replace the complete system. All completed by the end of the day. Bea Cool and their servicemen were very professional, cleaned up after the job was done and showed me how to set the thermostat before they left. I would recommend then all day.

My ECM fan stopped working and I called an AC company I used several times before. They said it would be till Monday before they could get the part. On Saturday I called Max at Bea cool AC. He was in Orlando and said he would stop on the way back to Tampa. He did so on Sunday afternoon, diagnosis the problem explained in detail how he could get it running, along with the price, which was more than far, especially for a Sunday. Great service! After our AC stopped working last summer I called several companies I’d used before but couldn’t get anyone to come out on the weekend. Max responded that he was out of town but would call a colleague to come fix it. He gave the job to the other guy who promptly took care of us, and Max earned my gratitude and respect. I was having a terrible time with larger companies giving ridiculously high repair estimates on my heat pump and insisting that my 10 year old unit needed to be replaced and couldn't be repaired. Some companies gave me more reasonable repair estimates but still higher than I wanted but did confirm that the unit could be repaired. I contacted Max with Bea Cool and immediately he confirmed that it could be repaired and gave me the best price. The techs he sent were also super knowledgeable and experts at what they do. They explained that I needed a couple of other items repaired, did the job and charged me a reasonable cost. I was up and running in no time at all and the house is nice and cool again.
