Ally HVAC came to my house for an annual maintenance of my AC. The service man was respectful and responsive. He fixed problems I didn't know were happening and he was very thorough. I would call them again.

My current HVAC company discovered some "growth" on my A/C unit (blower wheel & evaporator coil) last time they did a maintenance call & tried to upsell me with some pricey services and devices. I found Ally Turnkey on a list for certified NORMI and NADCA technicians and sent them pictures of my issue. They offered to clean the unit for a fair price and didn't try to upsell me in any way. Nikoma did a great job and I would not hesitate to call Ally Turnkey again.

I'll never experience their service after experiencing their drivers, or one of them anyhow. I would never use a company that has drivers so rude as to not allow traffic to merge, then brake-check and flip them off on top of it. Since that's still illegal in the state of Florida, I will not be so lenient next time; authorities will be contacted. I hope ya'll got excellent service from someone other than truck #16. That driver ruined the reputation of the entire company for me and everyone I know.

Nakoma came out and serviced my A/C , cleaned my ducts and sprayed coating .He was very professional and did a fantastic job.

Nakoma and his partner came to clean my ductwork because of frequent dust buildup on furniture I had this done about four years ago and it wasn’t a great job done. They were extremely thorough and cleaned up well afterwards, plus they were pleasant to talk to and respectful. It’s been a week since they’ve been here and I haven’t seen any dust buildup! Whatever they did it was what I needed. I’d refer them any day. Completely happy and satisfied customer.

The other day, Ally HVAC had to do a full replacement of my A/C unit inside and outside (on the roof of the apartment building). The employees, Nakoma, Kendall, Jay, Andre, and Eric not only completed the job smoothly, swiftly, and thoroughly, but also had exceptional professionalism while doing it. I called ally hvac to schedule a duct cleaning for my ac system the receptionist was very helpful scheduled my service for the next day. Nakona did wonderful with our apartment. He covered everything that could have been affected during the vent work we had scheduled without being asked, to start off. He constantly walked me through what was happening and what to look for without ever being condescending, overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work I've received.
