The company was quick to respond and easily corrected the clogged dryer vent. Julian was kind, patient and so polite. He is the best!

All he did was plug a vacuum to one vent. Did not clean any other vents. Said they were all connected. Not worth it, find a different company if you want a real cleaning. I would give this service a zero start if it were an option.

I tried doing my duct cleaning myself but was a pain and couldn't get to the top part and roof hook area. My dryer ended up breaking and paid for stuff I wont use again. Then I called Bright Air Duct and Im not sure if I got lucky but they came out next day and did the job. They came first thing in morning just like they said they would. Now my new dryer works like a charm and no more clogged vent. The technician Julian was very nice and polite and knocked it out quick.

I wouldn't think about doing it again next time. I will just call these guys and just get it done and over with. Wish I had just called them from beginning.

The employee/contractor they sent to do the job was sleazy/dishonest. He came out and gave an initial low-ball price (to get this job, I assume), did part of the cleaning, and then "discovered" that there was a second plenum box and told us it would cost an additional $400. As a person who is not versed in HVAC verbiage, I initially believed him, but couldn't afford to pay essentially double the initially quoted price, and wanted to pass on that, but he said he could drop it down to $200. (Later I learned from another HVAC tech that most HVACs have 2 plenum boxes, supply and return, so this was a standard setup, and he lied.) A couple of days later, when I was changing the intake vent filters, I discovered that the intake vent in my bedroom (I have 2 intake vents) was covered in a thick layer of dust - he hasn't cleaned it at all! I spoke to the owner, he seems like a good, honest guy, but the person they sent is dishonest. The owner thought that, maybe since that guy dropped the price of that "additional" work, he did so because of me agreeing to a more limited scope of cleaning, but that was not our agreement with that man. The agreement with that man was to clean all air ducts in the house. If you believe that a certain price is justified for that scope of work, just say it, and I will pay. No need to be sleazy and dishonest about it.

Bright Air Duct is definitely the go to for duct cleaning. Julian provided excellent service and thorough cleaning of the system.
He was friendly and totally service oriented. This is definitely the best company to meet your needs and expectations.

Overall a positive experience. We needed a deeper clean of our dryer vent, so the price was considerably more than we expected. However, it absolutely needed to be done. The work looked thorough and the tech explained everything along the way.

I requested this company, Bright Air Duct and Chimney to clean out the dryer vent. At the time of the request I was quoted a price conditioned on a subsequent inspection. If I agreed to the price at the inspection, the service would be performed. The so-called service was performed without my knowledge or approval. The technician said he blew out the lint, stating he had cleaned the vent and wanted $129. Although the Tumbtack listing says the company will take cash, check, credit card, the technician said they did not want to take a check, preferring a credit card instead.
I was also told that the pipe in the attic needed to be sealed and the area of the roof surrounding the vent needed to be repaired and sealed. The technician said we needed a deep clean for safety reasons and quoted $950. Realizing this was all a scam, I refused to pay.
I since had Stanley Steemer come and clean the dryer vent. They actually brushed and vacuumed (sucked up) the lint. Before he started, when he took the lint cover off it was full of lint, which was supposedly blown out by Air Bright. The Stanley Steemer technician also showed me the attic pipe that was supposedly in need of sealing or repair and the only thing wrong with it was that the Air Bright technician left the pipe disconnected. What Stanley Steemer did was a deep clean, at the cost of $199 and NOT $950.
I requested Air Bright because of the so-called stellar reviews. They must be fake or the people I was dealing with must be posing as the Air Bright company because this was the most dishonest and fraudulent situation I have ever experienced.

They came out for Dryer cleaning and realized my AC vents had mold. They gave me a great deal on both and now I can breathe easy. Thanks again!!

Our dryer vent hose needed to be replaced in the crawlspace, and it wasn’t an easy job. Julian got it done quickly, explained the cost upfront, and was friendly and professional the whole time. Very easy to work with, and we’d definitely use this company again.

Great, efficient company. Hired them to service my sister's home and they addressed all concerns promptly and since then my sister and nieces haven't experienced any asthma or breathing issues. And they also recommended a UV light to prevent mold from growing again giving me and my sister peace of mind for her family. Will be using them in the Spring on my own home! Thanks again

Would like to share my experience with Bright Duct Cleaning. Julian responded & provided my quote. Was friendly, got right to it and got my quote on the spot no waiting 1 or 2 days. Once accepted he did what he said. Last step was a disinfectant spray it made the whole house smell fresh & clean. Julian was conscious of overspray and put drop clothes down over the floors and furniture. I would have Julian come again.
