Universal Air & Heat

Scheduled service for Saturday, they didn't show, they called and rescheduled for 6/1 & I rushed home and they did not show again. I'll be requesting my money back today.

To your response That is not true. On the SATURDAY visit, I was never called and when the young lady called on Monday to confirm Tuesday, I told her that was not the date I scheduled and would need to confirm a new date. I requested Wednesday. Some one called at 1853 and asked for someone who was not me, which means your staff didn't have their noted together which again shows an ineptitude on Universal's part.

Someone called today while I, a law enforcement offficer was at work. When I was finally able to call in I was informed someone was at lunch and would call me with in the hour. That didn't happen. Your staff dropped the ball on multiple accounts and all I want is my money back.

After speaking with Mngt, they addressed the issue and ensured a rep would be there Saturday.
Ray came did a full inspection & explained where the levels of things in regards to the unit where and what needs to happen. Friendly, respectful & detailed while being quick.

I was asked to leave a FB review in exchange for a "discount" on our service (aside from the fact that we did not need the included dryer vent cleaning and we put the vent covers back up ourselves). Your page is not set-up to accept reviews. I have requested the before and after photos that were taken THREE times and my requests have been ignored. Not even an acknowledgement that my request was received. I spent $650 and have nothing to show my husband or the property owner the work that was done. I should have got a clue when I sent a message via Facebook to schedule the service and that was never acknowledged either. Perhaps the job was well done, I don't know. The tech that completed the work, Ray Cox, was very friendly and personable. I have nothing to show for the quality of the work except the $650 that I paid. Maybe this comment will warrant a response from the company, but I doubt it since the page hasn't been updated since November 2018.

I called Universal Air & Heat last week, Ray Cox called us to confirm the appt this afternoon and showed up right on time. He gave us a clear explanation of what needed to be done now, what could be done later, prices, etc. He and his manager gave us a great price on the work we wanted done. Luckily he had the parts with him so it's all done in one shot- very convenient!! Highly recommend.
