Patrick and his team at Cleaned Pristine Solutions did an incredible job getting our small gym ready for opening day! They absolutely knocked it out of the park. Every surface was spotless, the equipment looked brand new, and the whole place smelled fresh and clean.

We have been using this company to clean our office for a couple years. They never really did what they were contracted to do. Been through several cleaning crew changes and it seems as if the next crew is worse than the last crew. If you are looking for a cleaning service that does what they are supposed to do when they are supposed to do it, then you need to look else where. This company is horrible and the management does not care about anything but collecting money for an inadequate job.

They are a great company always checking in to make sure everything is up to our standards. Any request I have had, they meet without complication. They do a fantastic job!

We are a local non-profit that hired Building Stars in May of 2023 and we have had nothing but trouble since the beginning. We are on our 3rd cleaning person and the first week was great but then the second week he missed offices and the 3rd week, well that never happened because he did not show up. This is the 3rd maybe 4th time that nobody showed up! I attempted to fire them 4 weeks ago and they asked for a 30 day make it right plan and here we are in the same boat as we were before this 30 days! They are not quick to respond to issues. Be prepared to remove your own trash and clean your own toilets if you hire Building Stars!

Our cleaner is Melvin. He is has a really positive attitude, and is very conscientious. He always does a great job, and goes over and above what he is tasked to do. I am extremely satisfied with the work done!

We have been working with Brightstars for about two years and we are very pleased with the service we have received at numerous locations in Hillsborough County. From the start, they were attentive and addressed our specific needs and concerns. They have proven to be flexible when necessary and add services, such as steam cleaning, that fall outside the normal duties.

Building Stars has done a great job for us since they started. We love that we have had the same person come to the office for our services. Yolanda is who we work with and she has done an amazing job and we are happy that we found Building Stars.

Our cleaner Mervin and his co-worker are awesome! He has done the best cleaning our buildings since I've worked here (6 years). Hope that we can continue having him as our cleaning service!
