My boyfriend and I came in to get a Christmas tree tonight! We waited around while Alba was assisting other customers. She acknowledged us and said she will be right with us! We looked around for a while until she became available. She was very knowledgeable about where the trees came from and how she speaks to the reps to make sure she knows everything that needs to be known about the tree. There was a tree that had a split in the trunk that another associated told us that the tree was no good. Alba ensured us that it was healthy and we can get the tree which made us extremely happy! Alba is a rockstar and she is AMAZING at her job! She needs a raise ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a great The Home Depot Garden Center when Mr. Minanshu is working there. He is friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable and a pleasure the deal with. He makes you want to shop there! There are a couple of other associates that work in the Garden Center that could learn from Mr. Minanshu.

This company is anything but full service. Most times after they left I still had to go back and trim the shrubs such as the one right by the front door.

Also they seemed to think it was appropriate to start leaving heavy bags of the yard waste in random places - at the curb or at side of the house on non trash days. This meant that I had to drag them myself or beg someone to help me lift them. The last straw was when they left all these busted bags on the curb - just waiting for me to get fined by the HOA for putting out trash on a non trash pick up date.

Maria the receptionist was totally unhelpful and for some reason seemed to think that this was appropriate ‘service’

I have never had a lawn service say the ridiculous things she said to me. Take your money elsewhere and spare yourself the aggravation

I would highly recommend Tampa Irrigation. I had a complete sprinkler system put in and from start to finish it was an excellent experience. The quality, follow up and overall customer service was excellent!
