Deplorable. Went in for a few bundles of Gaf Shingles, color Charcoal. The bay where they belonged looked like a landfill with broken shingles of a different color. What?!? Get it together.

No one answered call to help me .....i loaded my own mulch myself.....i asked for ee assistance and got nothing.....took my money and went to lowes for the rest of my gardening purchases ....VERY VERY disappointed...i shop here 4 to 5 times a week guess lowes got new customer n my business purchases also

I really enjoy my time at the home depot today, they have a lot of beautiful flowers and plants, l give them a six thank you.

Florida store 279 Home Depot is the best in and out even when busy A Good hard working staff of Americans ready to help or answer any question..is My second home any where I'm working or helping.

Absolutely excellent garden center! Great prices on citrus and palms. I did not get the chance to venture into the store itself, but based off the immaculate cleanliness of the outdoor and parking lot I am impressed.

Went in for playground sand. They don't have any. That's fine, but don't have me walking all over the store to find it. I went to the garden center first, based on common sense. Was told to go to a specific aisle inside. Wasn't there. Was told to go to the garden center. Out there, I was told to go to yet a different aisle inside. I've had similar problems at this location in the past. Employees don't know what they carry, where they carry it, and don't care to help out. This is why I typically shop at Ace.

This Home Depot is not in the very best area of Tampa and maybe that's one of the reasons why the staff here it's a little bit more concerned about you possibly stealing something then helping you find something. They do try to help you if you ask them it's just that they don't offer it up front. The garden section is really good and overall the store is is very decent.

Great garden center. My favorite in the area. I always find all my garden needs at great prices. Easy to find and load your purchase. Also very well organized & stocked. The garden center has a very experienced team to help you with your order. Thanks Lowes.

Great fun with the ole lady at Home Depot today. Four bags of Scott's Earthgro Black Mulch (2 cubic feet each), one bag of Scott's Top Soil (Lawn and Garden Soil Conditioner 0.75 cubic feet), eight Begonias (gardening in full shaded side of the property) and 2 pouches of Foxgloves all for only $31. Only con of the trip is the limited supply of full shade plants, but this is Tampa Florida the Sunshine State so it's to be expected. Highly recommend for all gardening enthusiasts.

Lots of great stuff, prices are good. Place lacks help, a constant problem for certain Home Depots.

Came in to get a chain saw from the tool rental department got to the location where I was going to trim the trees the chainsaw was not working properly so I had to drive 25 minutes back to home Depot no problem got the second one and the chain kept spinning once cranked up so couldn't climb with the chain saw also wouldn't start properly so I reported this to home Depot all they can say is well if you would have called and reported that they were ongoing issues I could have gotten a discount. I didn't see the point of calling when I wasn't going to drive back another 25 minutes to switch it out for a third one. Best just to buy the tool instead of renting damaged goods

Wonderful plant department with lots of options. If you need help with carrying or loading anything, Tray is the man - always eager to find the right plant or do some heavy lifting. He has made my multiple trips to Home Depot so much easier!
