Three hours to “diagnose” the problem that I had described when I originally called. Meanwhile, he replaced $150 worth of good parts. Then I find this sloppy wire job the next morning. A waste of time and money; still at square one.

Completely unreliable. First Javier postponed the appointment by one day. Then he didn’t show up. He gave various explanations. He couldn’t find the house. “Management” sent him to a different house. He had other work to do. He couldn’t call for help with directions because he didn’t have my number. (He told me this by texting my phone.) I traveled 40 minutes each way to meet him at my property. He wasted half of my day.

Almost no English, so communication is near impossible. They don't use wood screws, but nails instead, and if they do use wood screws, they'll be old, rusty wood screws. Poor and lazy measurements. It's no wonder Tricon employs these guys; they're cheap and do a job that lasts MAYBE 5 years.

First and foremost, if you don't speak Spanish get a translation app. Don't let the language barrier deter you from hiring Javi and Mari. They do phenomenal work, pay attention to detail and are super polite, friendly, and respectful. They did everything I requested. My husband ran over a sprinkler with a lawn mower and Javier came out to fix it the next day. He was quick, efficient and even adjusted the water direction getting wet in the process! He went above and beyond for us and we will be calling for any future needs and repairs. Thank you so much

Javier visited my rental and assessed the irrigation system. The previous owners did something unknown to make it stop working. He figured it out and got it fixed in one day. He even took his shoes off in the house for me! So kind and showed up and did the job as promised. Perfect experience.

Javi & Maria did a great job on our front yard which after years of neglect had become an eyesore and an overgrown jungle. They cleaned out all the overgrown weeds and bushes, added some beautiful plants, rocks and mulch and made our house presentable again. Their prices are reasonable, they're reliable. We ended up going with Javi and Mari because they came in at the right price point. They followed up on the project on a consistent basis until we were ready to proceed. Once we finalized details they didn't miss a beat and provided us with reliable service. True to their word they started and finished the job in the timeline they provided and we're very happy with the results. Javi provided me with a written quote and details on the job, a down payment to get started and the remaining when finished. We asked them to improve on a small area of our backyard and come up with a low maintenance solution.
