Hired Top Rank Solutions for landscaping, sprinkler repair, tree trimming, and a patio install. They consistently did the bare minimum. Mulch was spread so thin we had bare patches and had to buy more ourselves. Tree trimming was just as minimal. They no-showed a scheduled sprinkler repair; when I called, they said they were “busy,” didn’t reschedule, and never called back. Affordable, yes—but the quality and reliability weren’t there. Stay away.

Cooper was patient in going through multiple revisions of my design, worked with my budget, and was extremely responsive to all my questions. They regraded my yard to ensure water flows away from the house, installed downspout drainage, irrigation, sod, and landscaping. Nothing but 5 star service from start to finish from Cooper and his team. He was extremely patient with me on design and revisions to the contract over 4-5 months while I was indecisive and kept changing the budget to meet. Once I finally signed off, he started the work himself the next day clearing out my yard with his team and planting the palms. The next week he had the turf crew here which I also give 5 stars for their communication, quality of work, answering my dumb questions etc. I wish I had a before picture to show the transformation this truly was - but finished product is exactly like what the 3D video design said it would be and then some. Great work and even better people at Top Rank!

Cooper and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our gutter and drainage system needed to be reworked. Cooper and his team figured out a better way for draining. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them!

I've used Cooper's company twice for larger projects: 1) big yard cleanup to get rid of old plants, weeds, trim trees, mow, etc., and 2) breaking up old weed root systems, laying landscaping fabric, and remulching my entire front yard. They were able to get the project scheduled within just a couple of days, did a great job, were very efficient, and had fair pricing. Cooper is very easy to communicate with and will go above and beyond to make sure the project meets your expectations. I will use his company for future outdoor project needs.

Cooper and team helped us transform our backyard from a place we walked across to one we will enjoy using! Got rid of all the crushed shells and replaced with turf and larger slate pieces. Replaced some landscape lighting and gave us some recommendations for some DIY projects as well. I hired Cooper to put out a few yards of shells in my back yard. His team was punctual, hard working and did an amazing job in a short amount of time.

I recently relocated and hired Cooper and his team again for some back yard updating. I could not be happier with such an amazing job. They truly are passionate about their work and do an exceptional job. I also have them coming back to install a French Drain system.

We enlisted Top Rank Solutions’ services to install a stone patio and landscape our backyard. We have 3 large dogs so wanted something low maintenance but visually appealing. Owner Cooper listened patiently to our ideas and offered suggestions that would work for us while staying within our budget. He is so knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping, design, patio installment, irrigation, plants, etc. His team installed a beautifully designed custom patio. They also repaired an old irrigation system. The landscape design includes areas of rock and mulch with an island of grass. The patio and yard look beautiful. We are very happy with it and if we have future landscaping needs, we will certainly reach out to Top Rank Solutions.
