Wonderful experience would definitely recommend! Very easy to work with and responsive, and the quality of work was great. I had a yard that needed A LOT of cleanup and not only did they accomplish it in one day but they did such good work and really made sure things looked good and were taken care of. It looks like I have a whole new house!

We had great lawn service with C&J Property Cleanup LLC. The team that cleaned our yard was not only professional, but made us feel comfortable and as though we were important as new clients for their business. They cleared large bushes as well as small trees. Since they did such a good job with clearing that thick overgrown area in the back, we enlisted them to come again to do the sod in our front yard and clean the flower beds. After following their instructions on how to get the sod growing properly, our front lawn now looks good and so does the freshly cleaned flower beds and trimmed hedges. We will try to keep our yard looking good, however I know that we will be using them again to help with this big chore.

Jessica is incredibly wonderful, responsive and an absolute delight to chat with. Came the day after I called and had my lawn serviced as well as some junk removal from my backyard in less than an hour. I plan to continue using C&J for years to come for my regular maintenance and any other projects they are willing to handle!

Initially, I booked the service based on the reviews. However, we have certainly hit a few missed opportunities. Our first experience, they were late due to a delay at the dump. Completely understandable and we adjusted our schedule to fit their availability, which put them 4 hours later. Once they showed, they completed the job satisfactory, so we decided to continue service. Second attempt, they scheduled the service and did not show, so I reach out and uncovered it was due to a family emergency, in which I understood, and she mentioned that she would resume service the following week. At that time, we did not formally make an appointment, so I thought I would give sometime between and waited 2 weeks… today, I messaged, at 10am and found they had availability in the day. They confirmed arrival by 3pm and to my surprise they did not show. I messaged at 4pm and was told they were still at their second job, so I remained flexible and said no problem… just making sure you had me on your schedule. By 5:30pm, I messaged again with no response and no answer to my call…only a full voicemail, so a message couldn’t be left. I basically wasted my day waiting, for a service that would not come. Needless to say, I will not be requiring future service and recommend not confirming appointments if you are not able to fulfill your commitment. Your clients have lives and jobs. It is disrespectful of our time to not show or communicate that you would not be completing the service.

Jessica & her crew have done several huge jobs for me. They do not disappoint. They boys work hard & move quick. I recommend them.

Very responsive and at a great price. If something comes up where they can’t come on time, they will make it up same week. They are very consistent compared to other companies in the area. Also when the hurricane came through, they did a great job getting the lawn after care taken care of .

Seriously impressed with the same day service and fast, friendly team at C&J. I could not believe they would be able to accommodate my last-minute need for an “emergency” project. But They did. Jessica promised to be at our house by 1030. She kept that promise and the team was able to finish the job by 11:45. I can’t wait to have another project for C& J!!

Jessica and her team are fantastic! We called a number of lawn care and yarn cleanup companies and no one returned the call. Jessica at C&J’s picked up immediately and was at our home 20 mins after the call. We needed our yard cleaned due too the heavy amount of leaves our avocado trees sheds. Jessica quickly inspected the property, gave us a great quote, and started the work right away. She and her team are trustworthy, professional, kind, fun, and Jessica has a great sense of humor. Which is always a bonus for me! I will definitely be calling Jessica and her team at C & J’s back and using their services again! Top notch!

Jessica picked up the phone immediately. We called several other companies and they never called us back. However I’m excited they didn’t call back. Jessica was the best so far!!!! She was a little late but kept us updated on her ETA the entire time, which was a plus for me. My front yard was full of weeds. Happy to say they completed my project within hr. I've just started using C&J Property Clean Up LLC but they did an initial cleanup on my yard and I am very happy with the results! Ms. Jessica answered every question I had and her team did a lot of work for a great price. They showed up on time and were very professional. My flower beds are starting to become more defined, and I'm looking forward to seeing how my yard continues to improve with their service... I highly recommend their service.

Wow! Best phone call I ever made. We have been putting off doing the yard and trash removal because it was such a huge job. We had called a couple of places, but they either didn’t show up for the appointment or never called back. Jessica at C&J Property Clean up LLC, answered the phone the first time. She came out for an estimate when she said she would and quoted a price. She stated she could get the job done in a day ( we were doubtful because it was a big job). Well true to her word, she had the work done in a day. She had 4 wonderful men that worked hard all day and she stopped by a few times to check in on everything. Jessica was always communicating with us and followed through with everything. I called, and Jessica and her crew had the job done within 24 hours! A HUGE firepit FULL of trees and weeds over your head. And near 3/4 of an acre, of what looked liked an overgrown Sunken Gardens. I could go on and on! They worked so very hard and fast. Jessica is extremely professional and personable and so was her crew. This was not an easy task, and they handled it with care.

This business is incredible! They showed up on time and ready to work, I had a garage full of unwanted items and I honestly thought it would take them hours but they turned an all day job into a 45 minute job. They were efficient and persistent and very friendly. The prices are absolutely amazing and I loved how courteous and reliable Jessica and her team were.
