Bernardo has been cutting our grass for a couple of months, and I am very pleased with the service. The grass looks great, and I love getting an email once the service is complete.

I also appreciate the ease of automatic payments and communication when weather delays a cutting.

It's a very well organized company in respect to their website, emails correspondence, text messages, customer account info., payment info, etc., everything is well explained online and that is easy to understand. They let you know their schedule timing and so far have stuck with it! Rain delays are common with this line of business but only once we're they not able to make it for one visit. One particular thing in my yard, experienced with a previous company is rutting when same pattern is over used. This company alternates and adjusts to avoid this issue. I also appreciate the email when they've completed a service call, immediately.
