I seriously doubt I will ever shop this location or company again. They have inexperienced people working the pro sales counter who cannot spell nor knowledge of how to use the sales computer.

Buyer beware. I will not buy another product from Ferguson's. Three months ago, I purchased 3 new kohler toilets from them. One had a bad flush valve, and they would not replace it. I was forced to buy a new one.

purchased and AO Smith Water Softener and cannot get it programmed by my plumber, AO Smith, or Ferguson. When I call, they tell me to call Ferguson. I have had it for two months and I think it’s time that someone can program or tell me how to return it.

The installation for my range hood was awful. The installers scratched both cabinet side panels and left multiple gouges in both. The company has made it difficult to get the problem solved.

They honestly need to have better drivers driving in the streets. Like they have no sense of a brain at all, speeding all the way down waters and almost threw me off into another lane, such unprofessional drivers, and they get mad at the other person when I was going under speed limit, honestly need to do better with your drivers.

In agreement with another person who gave a review based off of the dangerous driving. Lovely photo of a driver that refused to let me merge onto the highway. He rather i scrape the concrete wall. He then angrily passed me and flipped me off.

Great company, blocks the roads in neighborhoods (the gap is smaller than in the photo it’s slightly narrow-er than a vehicle can fit through. They also had the ramp down taking up more of the road behind it. Only care about themselves and refused to move when I was asking them to. Just cost me 10 minutes extra detour when I was near the exit of the neighborhood. Enjoy your 1 star review!
