Heat Relief is a most professional company. They were the very first to respond to an intranet Service Pro inquiry for a 5 ton, 16 seer, 2-stage AC/heat-pump unit.
I had learned that there was no inventory available for such a unit in Florida for several days or even weeks.
They called me back within the hour, stating they had located a unit and could install it the following day.
They were far more reasonable than other vendors who wanted to charge a 35% higher price.
Their tech supervisor, Marcus, came to my house examined my existing system and assured me there should be zero complications with the install the following day. He was very professional with a customer first demeanor, straight forward, answered all of my question clearly and knowledgeably.
David Silva, the installation technician presented himself bright and early the next morning, performed the install and removal very effectively.
In addition to the new A/C unit, Heat Relief installed a "scrubber" in the duct work and a UV lamp in the coil. They were even able to satisfy a whim I had to have a A/C duct installed in the garage. I am looking forward to puttering around in the garage now.
I highly recommend Heat Relief without equivocation for any A/C or plumbing services.

They were here on time and I met Mark the owner.Awesome people! Daniel installed a whole new system for us and he was very professional awesome attitude you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing took the old unit out of the attic and downstairs and put the whole new unit in very impressed! Awesome company awesome people you can't go wrong with. "Heat Relief!"

Javier was incredible. I had a leak that was more severe than I was aware of. It was late, but didn’t leave until it was repaired. He went above and beyond, was incredibly personable and professional!
