I had a very negative experience with this company following Hurricane Milton. We lost 10-15 shingle caps from our house and called Kris Construction after seeing their truck in our neighborhood and realizing the owner’s parents live in my neighborhood. They estimated $1,000 just to tarp the two small areas missing caps and another $1,000 to fix the missing shingles. Of course they coincidentally arrived at this amount after asking us for our deductible amount. $2,000 to replace 10-15 shingles!! They can charge whatever they want. Either they’re taking advantage and of people with storm damage or they really didn’t want to do a small job like ours. I would not recommend this company.
The pricing definitely does not reflect industry standards or competitive pricing but it was a nice attempt at an explanation. We live in a capitalist society so they’re free to charge anything they feel is fair, but the prices are definitely NOT on par with standards no matter how you slice it.

Had to have a roof replaced when I bought my house in Cape Coral and used Kris Konstruction. They were prompt, priced well, and did a really good job. When they found plywood that was rotten or starting to rot they replaced it and made sure the roof was done correct and looked fantastic! Roofing is extremely important here in Florida and I feel confident in the job that they did, easing any fears that I had about roofs and storms in Southwest Florida! Great job Kris Konstruction!
