Very unreliable. This is the second time they promised to come and never showed up. They say they’ll call, but they don’t. Totally unprofessional.

The Romero brothers did an excellent job on or new screen in porch. Would recommend them to everybody. And best personalities!

I couldn't give them no stars! Their work is awful and they are not responding to my request to fix the leaking roof. After 3 attempts, it's still leaking. Their warranty is a joke! DONT USE THEM! The owner just keeps putting me off and ignoring my texts and calls!

Today Emanuel came out to provide an estimate for needed repair work because of Hurricane Ian nearly 10 months ago. He was very professional and explained Everything to us. I would definitely ask for Emmanuel to be your salesman for your next home project.

It’s very important mentioning Maggie who solves problems and takes care of the customer to an excellent degree. She solved all my issues and never left me not knowing what was going on with my air conditioner. She even pulled strings to get my air conditioner installed. She is a model employee and I had a wonderful experience through my installation. Mike is lucky to have such an employee that knows just how to handle the customers. Thank you Maggie and I will certainly spread the word♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

TERRIBLE!!! I never saw anything like that! They sold me a patio to add a sun cover measuring 10x20 and a concrete slab. I was very clear on my timeline, I said I need that job done before July 15th(contract done on march) Just a simple project on my backyard. They took my down payment and disappeared!!!! I called for 3 months at least 3 times per week with no answers or calls back. I did a bad review and they start to move. I asked my money back and they told me if I regret to work with that project they would keep tem money as a breach of contract. The owner Mike called me to set the situation and asked to remove the bad review. They sent another seller and we set a roof change as well. I did it to save my down payment and make all job worth for both parts. They sent a contract telling me nothing would change. And was the first trick. They lied and took me my linear footers and change for isolated footers. Until now ok, I was just needing my patio. Then they did the roof. Then they sent the sun cover man and did the sun cover. When they finished the cover they ask for money release. But they did not the concrete slab!!!! I spoke with the owner and he came to my house. I have another chance( 3rd) and he offer me 1000 to me forget the concrete slab. I was needing that concrete and did a counter offer. I give him more 1000 to finish the project and we made another deal. He finished the concrete slab…. I was measure the job. He did a 8x20 sun cover. And add my pre existing roof to compete 10x20 total area!!!!! He took me 20% of the job!!!!!( plus the 1000 for the concrete slab I already paid for). I got very pissed. The worse part. I called to the county because I need all the permits so it can add value to my property. THEY DID NOT APPLIED FOR permits!!!! It’s all on written contract!!! I have all the contracts to prove what I am saying. Then he tried to trick me again. I went to his office and he always trying to trick me. Telling me he is on that business for 40 years and he did not need to have permits. ( I believe on the county employees not on him). Telling me he knows everything on this job he told me he will get my permits and did a fake mathematics and offer me a 3% money back. He took at least 30 % of my investment and offer me 3%!!!!!! I leave and I am still waiting my permits! The cover is licking as well, I am still waiting for warranty.They are always tricking you, always trying to change the contract so they can get more money from you and hide something to take stuff from you. If you want to do business with this firm be very careful and good luck, you will need. He will lie and say it’s my fault, he will say I asked for changes like he is doing on others reviews here. But I have all papers and contracts to prove every single word I am writing here. If he get my permit I’ll edit this review. They changes the name also. They worked before as 7 days new roof. The bad reviews made him change the name.

The seams of my roof are leaking and now my room stays flooded, to the point I have to get wet vac out after every rain. I have called, I sent videos and pictures, they say, we will get back to you. It is horrible.

I contacted 7 Diamond builders for a quote on a roof replacement. Dennis came out and gave an excellent presentation. Sam worked out a fair price for the job. I had requested quotes from 4 other companies and Dennis and Sam were aware of this from the start. I got nothing but respect from them. Unfortunately for 7 Diamond a different company fit my needs and goals better. I do want to say that I have nothing but respect for 7 Diamond. I was not pushed or pressured in any way even after learning of my decision. I will definitely keep them in mind if I have other home improvement needs. Thanks guys.

Romero brother did an outstanding job of installation of my screen room. The job was very detailed. I am very satisfied.

I just had a 24x15 screenroom put on by 7 diamond builders. It turned out Amazing!! The Romero brothers that did the actual build, Oh my goodness. So quick, kind, and these guys truly pay attention to the minor details. They came and got right to work. Their craftsmanship is second to none. The office staff and those inside, need to do a better job, they need to get on the same page. But every worker that came to my home. From concrete, to framing, to the actual build, they were the best!! You will never get a better screenroom, so would I recommend 7 diamond builders, absolutely 💯 Sorry can not figure out how to add photos

The Romero brothers installed our windows several months ago and did a fabulous job - they were professional, friendly, and skilled. Today, several months after the install, Romulo came back to add the screw caps to finish off the install which we had totally forgotten about. We can't say enough about the quality of the work done and the great customer service.

The Romero brothers installed our entry way door and our garage door, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had some hiccups with the office in regards to scheduling, however the kindness, workmanship, and professionalism of the Romero brothers made up for it. I highly recommend them!!

Romero brothers did an outstanding job on out extnded lanani!!! Highly recommend them. Withstood the last hurricane with no problems. Very detailed and thorough in thier work. Peter was so great with helping me design my patio extension. He is a very good sales representative and I'm very thankful to have him here helping me. Highly recommend him for your projects.

My patio project contract was signed on February and it was done in July. The positive thing was Camila, from the update team. She was very nice and tried to make us happy, very pleasant and responsive.I’ll give HER a 5 star.

I had work done by these people after the hurricane and the screens started to separate from the cage. When they were here, they were friendly enough, but they only wanted my money for a mess they left. Asking them to come back and fix their work made them go radio silent. I've been calling and texting for weeks but to no avail. They were paid, but refuse to fix their mistakes. Now I have to pay additional money for another company to come and fix their work. Buyer beware!!!

Edit: 7 Diamond Builders finally contacted me and scheduled a time to fix the screens. The contractor did come at the scheduled day and time (Feb 12) and fixed the screen properly. Thank you!

Romero brothers were the very best. So very professional and kind. Such excellent service with the installation. Maggie in the office was wonderful. The company communication with customers could use improvement it took 7 months to get the windows a lot of hiccups. The quality of the product was amazing and installation was the very best.

I contracted 7 Diamond Builders to enclose my patio to make a sunroom. This project required 3 weather proof sliding glass doors, and an impact rated window, as well as a large doggy door. The Romero brothers, Romulo and Mauricio, were incredibly friendly and professional. They asked for my input regarding details of the project, and they were able to provide me with everything I requested. In addition to the contracted work, they repaired some previously damaged wood on the outside of the window they installed at no extra charge. After the job was complete, they cleaned up everything and took me on a walk-through to make sure that everything was to my liking. I strongly recommend 7 Diamond builders, and make sure you ask for the Romero brothers to do the work!
