Our carpets were horribly stained and stinky. Keith was extremely responsive. He took care in making sure the carpets were throughly cleaned. He did an excellent job explaining how best to care for the type of carpet we have. He followed up to make sure we were happy with results and came right back to take care of a couple stubborn spots. The entire house smelled so much better! I would happily recommend Gator Carpet & Tile Cleaning to my friends and will definitely be my first call when I need this service again.

I was very happy with the cleaning Keith did on 15 of my throw rugs from oriental to acrylic. He is very professional and knowledgeable about proper rug cleaning. He was very patient with my pickiness and did everything I asked with a smile. I have many pets so he sure had his work cut out for him and did a wonderful job. I definitely would recommend him!!

Looking for a carpet cleaning company I decided this is the one. Amazing customer service. Very courteous, precise and informative over the phone. The tech was very polite and came in and out and left us nothing, but a perfectly clean white carpet. Amid this covid19 story he was dressed with the necessary protective booties and mask. Never touched anything other than his equipment. Will use Howard’s again and highly recommend.

Billy came to clean a couch and love seat. He worked for over an hour on the couch and said “I can’t charge you for this… it isn’t coming clean”. Howard’s cleaned my tile floors and upholstered furniture on Monday. I am 100% satisfied. The tiles and grout are super clean. Furniture looks like new. I would be remiss to not mention how much we liked Michael. He was so considerate of my 93 year old husband who has dementia and my chihuahua immediately liked him, a true vote of confidence.
