These folks were very nice and helpful while I was picking out my plants! I bought flowers, potting soil they make there, and a new pot , it’s a nice one shop stop.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Use Their Design Team

I strongly advise against using this company’s design team. Our experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Damien, in particular, was insensitive, rushed, and showed a complete lack of care or interest in our needs. From the very beginning, it was clear he was not listening to anything we said or taking our design preferences seriously.

Scheduling a meeting was a nightmare. It took weeks of back-and-forth just to attempt to set something up, and even then, Damien missed multiple scheduled meetings without any notice whatsoever. Not once did he reach out to apologize or reschedule. Each time, we were left wondering if he was going to show up, only to find out—after calling ourselves—that he wasn’t.

This level of disregard for a client’s time is unacceptable. The entire process felt dismissive, disorganized, and incredibly unprofessional. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I regret ever engaging with this company.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. There are plenty of competitors in the area that offer far better customer service and a much more respectful, pleasant experience. Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company.

The products are gorgeous. The variety is many to choose from. The parking is very little to find. There also did nit seem to be enough employees around on the weekend to assist. We walked around aimlessly for nearly an hour and no one offered to help or said hello. A lot of the greenery and trees were spilled over and dry, very dry. I will continue ue to shop but hope these areas of custo.er service are made a priority for future visits. This the reason for a 3 rating.

This is a large nursery that truly is a community staple. It has everything from young annuals/perinials to mature shrubs/trees. They carry a variety of pots in sizes ranging from small to huge. They also sell sod. The parking can be limited. Their prices are competitive. The service is welcoming and friendly.

Had such a great experience here! We have recently planted lots of milkweed and needed help to plant some shade friendly nectar plants to help with our monarch butterfly hobby. Angela was so helpful and friendly we came back the same day and got some topiaries and a nice bench to adorn our new butterfly garden friendly front yard. I definitely recommend heading here for your local planting needs! Such a great place!!!!!

Landmark crushed the project at my house! I dealt with Damie, we came up with a plan & price. The crew lead by Jose was truly great! They removed 50' of overgrown plants and bushes. Then built a retention wall. Then added 5 foxtail palms. This was a pretty big project and I could not be happier with the outcome. I HIGHLY recommend Landmark. The first picture is before, next pics are after completion.

I’m a fairly new vegetable and flower gardener. I initially came to Landmark to buy soil for a raised bed and ended up spending 5 hours just walking around, looking at all the plants, and talking to the staff. I’ve been back dozens of times since then mostly because of how kind the staff are. Everything I’ve learned has been mostly passive tips from them while I shop around. They genuinely care about their plants and are so professional and excited to help you shop and make sure you’re buying what’s best for your garden. Everything I’ve purchased from them is healthy and thriving in my yard. Their Lemon and Keylime bushes are so abundant you wouldn’t believe how much fruit they bear. The soil! I have no idea what they do to that dirt but my plants LOVE the soil here. And at like $6 for 2 cu ft it’s a steal.

I mostly want to again emphasize that the staff seriously cares about your garden plan and what is best for you. I’ve never been pressured into making a purchase that seemed unnecessary. I told them my garden plan, they gave me a tour of what would look nice, they suggested alternatives, they told me how big each plant would grow and how much space to give it, and they gave me a full on care plan. All in passive conversation. They are seriously seriously the best. Forgive me cause I don’t remember any of their names but the kind soul with the long dreadlocks usually helps me out and I appreciate them so so much.

Anyways shop here. It’s awesome. Bring your mom. Bring your friends. I really do love this nursery and I never leave reviews for places, but I was so compelled to write this after yet another awesome trip over there. I included some past and present pics of my porch and some veggies/harvests all from landmark.

I went to Landmark this weekend looking for plants for a flower bed in my front yard and I left with a gorgeous and healthy selection of plants and an education! Sabrina and Erica were both so friendly, knowledgable, and patient while answering all my questions and made outstanding suggestions for my yard. I left feeling SO EXCITED to get my hands in the dirt. The customer service, selection, prices, atmosphere here are unmatched. I will certainly be back when it’s time to tackle the rest of my yard. THANK YOU!

Landmark got the job done. Two other nursery’s were unable to do a simple job as to bring me out a palm tree similar to this and plant it. I’m finding out that living in Florida people here do less rip off the customer. It’s the Floridian way. Good thing for me, landmark nursery doesn’t believe this way. Thank you.

One of my favorite places to go when I am looking for plants. They have such a large variety of plants and if they don't have it they are happy to order it. I love to just walk around there as well as it is very peaceful and so well organized. Take an afternoon to enjoy that plants and get some fresh air, you will love it !

My husband and I have been using Landmark Nursery for the past nine years and have always been extremely impressed. Not only does Landmark have an amazing inventory but they also have highly qualified and knowledgeable staff. I have had the occasion be assisted by several of the staff. They are engaging and incredibly helpful always coming up with appropriate plant choices for particular areas whether it be a sunny or shaded area. We often have purchased large items such as trees and bushes and have been completely satisfied. The landscape team are all very polite and incredibly hard workers who do a beautiful job. Sabrina is excellent with communication by phone and email. Her ability to coordinate and orchestrate the process from the begin until fruition is outstanding.

Large selection of plants here. Loved seeing all the bees and butterflies enjoying their plants. I had some bee babes do my shopping for me. If the bees were loving it, that’s what I wanted. Ended up with cuphea, lantana, and scaevola.

The first time I purchased a milkweed plant, I had no issues—the caterpillars ate it, and the plant remained green and even grew more leaves. However, the second time, by the second day, the leaves started turning yellow and falling off. Since the caterpillars ran out of food, I returned to the nursery and explained what happened.

They reminded me of their policy: no refunds or returns once a plant leaves the nursery. I then asked for advice on how to properly care for the plant to prevent the yellowing. They recommended keeping the plant consistently watered, just as they do at the nursery.

I followed their instructions, but both plants still turned yellow and started shedding leaves within two days. I believe the plants may have been sick, as they had black dots on the back of the leaves, which grew larger before the leaves turned yellow and dropped. You can see this in the pictures I’ve attached. In one week, both plants had no leaves. Not because the caterpillar ate it (I moved the caterpillars to a healthy plant), but because all the leaves fell.

I might return to buy other types of plants in the future, but I won’t be purchasing milkweed again.

I can’t tell you how disappointed I was with their non-return/replacement plant. I purchased this plant on May 7 and it died. I took it back today May 15 To exchange itand they said “once I walk out of the place the plant is on it’s own” .. I have extremely healthy plants. I know how to care for plants and the principal was that they just lost a customer due to the fact that they wouldn’t exchange I’ll plant that died in less than 10 days. I didn’t want to refund exchange a plant for a healthy one. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I am telling all my friends how disappointed I was with this type of customer service!

Today we visited Landmark Nursery & purchased several plants & a tree. Landis was extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable & greeted us as soon as we arrived. He advised of the pros & cons of all products sold by the nursery. We definitely recommend Landmark Nursery & Landis for purchases from their huge stock of quality plants & trees. Plus they deliver & install everything we purchased which is a big plus for us. Next time we are looking for additional products we will definitely visit Landmark.

Landmark is the best nursery. Their hours are very accommodating since most nurseries are closed on Sunday. The staff are above and beyond - helpful and knowledgeable. Multiple folks helped us a few weeks ago decide what would work best in our full sun backyard and Joa helped us locate and load up everything we needed today when we were finally ready to plant. I couldn’t be happier.
