I called Keith on a Sunday and he responded immediately. Gator Carpet and Tile Cleaning reinstalled loose and damaged carpet from a project that we had done. You can not even tell that there was an issue with our carpeting. I had a timeline of 24 hours and with little hope, I did not think that anyone would be able to help me! Our carpets were horribly stained and stinky. Keith was extremely responsive. He took care in making sure the carpets were throughly cleaned. I was very happy with the cleaning Keith did on 15 of my throw rugs from oriental to acrylic. He is very professional and knowledgeable about proper rug cleaning. He was very patient with my pickiness and did everything I asked with a smile. I have many pets so he sure had his work cut out for him and did a wonderful job. I definitely would recommend him!!

Looking for a carpet cleaning company I decided this is the one. Amazing customer service. Very courteous, precise and informative over the phone. The tech was very polite and came in and out and left us nothing, but a perfectly clean white carpet. Amid this covid19 story he was dressed with the necessary protective booties and mask. Never touched anything other than his equipment. Will use Howard’s again and highly recommend.
