Very pleasant young man but it took two trips to fix relatively minor problems. The garbage disposal is still not working well and will require further attention.Over all an OK plumbing Job.

Yeah, new water heater! Very professional and fast services. I called on Thursday and it was as scheduled and installed on that Saturday.
Jose was very hard working, had to move out both my washer/dryer to get to the water heater, then do all the work and put them back.

Dylan called when he was on his way as I requested. He was friendly , on time , and said he can help me with another project I needed done in the future. Finished the job faster than I thought. Most importantly, I own a spa and the water wasn’t shut off for more than 20 minutes or so. By the time the massage therapists were out of service the water was back on. Thank you Dylan and My Florida Plumber! I will use you again and refer you as much as possible :)

I've been a great customer of My Florida Plumber and spent thousands with them. I called them over a month ago to have them cap off a propane pipe on our patio as we are moving that line. I said it needed to be capped off before the end of November (4 weeks away) as a pool company is remodeling the pool and patio starting Dec 1st. They said it was a very easy job to cap the line and they would re-route the pipe once the outdoor kitchen is installed. I have been calling every other day for a month to get it scheduled as I said it had to be capped by the end of November. Sandy kept telling me that Jose (owner) was going to call me but he never did (I was told that at least 10 times!). Just this morning I called again as it must be capped by Friday of this week and Sandy told me that Jose told her that it would be January before they could come and do the 1 hour job! They have been stringing me along for an entire month saying they would do it and now I'm out of time and they don't care at all that their promises were unkept and I am in the worst bind. If you use these guys and you are told Jose will call you that is probably the sign that they are not going to do your work because Jose will never call!

Very fast repair despite getting worked into schedule. Was not an emergency repair, no active leak, but was scheduled right away. Tech kept me informed of his arrival time and was very efficient.

I just had my hot water heater flushed by My Florida Plumber for the first time and am VERY happy with the quality and professionalism of the work that Jorge performed. Anything I asked about was clearly explained and/or shown/demonstrated. It was implied 2 places elsewhere that the flushing is really not needed/most people don't do it. Jorge pretty much insisted it was necessary and I'm glad he did as even though my unit is only 2 years old, there was so much sediment that came out - almost hard to believe. This service was ALSO recommended on my local Facebook group. I will be using them again as needed!

Ultimately didn’t use them because a family member was able to fix our plumbing leak, but Jose & his staff were extremely professional, always answered our calls, and showed up to quote our project exactly when they said they would. We definitely would’ve used them had a family member not been able to help unexpectedly. Will definitely keep their number to use for future plumbing projects!
